Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation for moving fear of rejection with three simple fear facts so relax your physical body close your eyes and go within put your attention on your breath flowing through your heart reminding you of the pure place in your heart full of unconditional and unlimited love happiness peace bliss fulfillment available right here right now simply remembering the pure place in your heart allowing yourself to feel allowing yourself to relax feeling safe in a present moment allowing yourself to relax your eyes soften your gaze loosen your face jaw neck and shoulders the inhalation open your chest and with exhalation release let go any unease any disease from body release let go any fear of rejection and simply breathe as you contemplate that fear always lies fear says facts mixed with fiction it's believable because it is based on the fact and face your fear by remembering these three simple facts first fear always lies but it's believable because it's based on fact and wrapped with fiction second fear fades when faced with facts fear grows when fed with fiction and you know which one you're doing by simply observing what's happening with the fear you may call it sitting with it facing it but if it doesn't diminish you are feeding it simple fact no judgment simple observation and third you create your reality and by acting out of fear you create reality you try to avoid through fear you create reality you fear to have by acting out of fear which is not the same as acting while feeling fear so decide now what do you want and focus on what you want and if fear comes up examine it to what is true what is fact and what is fiction let's say you have a proposal to a person and they say no proposal to invite for dinner fact is they said no for this specific dinner fiction is they don't like you they may not want to have dinner with you they may not want to do business or relationship with you this all are fictions you don't know fact is they said no to dinner to you at that specific time no fear no rejection simple fact so focus on the fact that you don't know what's happening in their mind that's a fact so simply ask yourself is this fact or fiction and choose to act on what you want allowing yourself benefit of doubt what is happening feel the love in your heart from pure place in your heart and act accordingly you may stay here as long as you like separating fact from fiction from pure place in your heart and whenever ready you may open your eyes and have it magical
