To begin,
Take a seat or lay down.
Move around and get comfortable.
Then close your eyes.
I like to start my meditations with deep breathing to calm our mind and body.
Take some deep belly breaths in through your nose,
Filling your whole chest with air.
Hold for a few seconds at the top and then sigh the air out through your mouth.

Set the intention now that you will be meeting and seeing your future self.
Think about what questions you want to ask them.
Will no expectation know of what they will say or show you?
In your mind's eye,
You are taken to your future self's favorite place.
Take a moment to look around,
Being mindful of the energy of this place.
What do you feel they enjoy about this place?

Your future self is now here.
They are ready to meet with you and share with you new insights.
Let them show you around their favorite place.
