Welcome Dear One,
For today's meditation to balance your root chakra.
Clear any blockages with the power of healing affirmations and life force energy.
The root chakra is the first of the seven primary chakras and lies at the base of your spine around the perineum.
It is associated with the color red.
If you suffer from feelings like fear,
Anxiety,
Doubt and insecurities,
Then your root chakra needs to be balanced.
The root chakra is associated with basic needs,
A sense of safety and security,
Groundedness and a stable foundation.
When our root chakra is balanced,
We feel safe and our basic needs feel satisfied.
Now let yourself get into a comfortable position,
Spine straight and tall,
Shoulders relaxed and gently allow your eyes to close and breathe naturally,
Slowly and deeply.
Tune in to your body and your breath.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Bring your awareness into the space at the very base of your pelvic floor,
Seeing a glowing ball of bright red light here.
On every inhale,
Imagine you're breathing fresh energy into the space.
On every exhale,
You are relaxing into the beauty of the space.
This is your root chakra.
Every breath you take healing,
Balancing and nourishing your root chakra.
Keep breathing naturally.
As you breathe in,
Breathe in the affirmations to your root chakra and as you breathe out,
Relaxing into the energy of the root chakra,
Breathe in deeply and slowly and exhale slowly and completely.
My root chakra is balanced.
I am safe and grounded.
I feel protected in this world.
I am at home wherever I am.
All is well in my world.
I deserve to be safe.
I am supported by Mother Earth.
I am deeply rooted.
I am connected to my body.
I have everything I need.
I nurture my body with what it needs to flourish.
I trust in all the good of the world.
Now I release all my doubts and fears.
With every breath I release anxiety.
I am at home in my body.
I am supported by people and nature around me.
I am all I need to be happy.
I am worthy of love and care.
I choose to trust the universe to guide me.
Keep breathing deeply and allowing the affirmations to be true and feel the sense of safety in your body.
I am safe.
I am secured.
I am grounded.
I am protected.
Now with the power of healing life force energy,
Breathe in slowly and steadily for six counts and without pausing exhale slowly for six counts to balance the energy in your body and your root chakra.

Now take a deep breath in stomach and rib cage expand and exhale with a sigh.
All is well.
Now gently roll your shoulders wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes to the world around you trusting and knowing that you are safe you are grounded you are protected and all is well.
