Hello and welcome to this meditation for Manifestors.
This meditation is designed to guide you to embody the Manifestor energy type and empower you with the gifts of this design.
Manifestors are the powerful initiators and fire starters of the collective.
With a motor energy center directly connected to your throat center,
This makes anything you say or do highly impactful and influential on the world around you.
However,
You do not have your sacral center defined,
So your ability to do and execute may be inconsistent,
Perhaps not finishing everything you start.
You are here to be independent,
Have freedom,
And inspire others with your sparks.
Your aura is designed to be protective because you internally know exactly what you want to do and when you want to do it.
This gift empowers you to tap into your inner inspiration engine from within.
Let's start this practice by arriving in your comfortable meditation position,
Whether in a comfortable seat,
Cross-legged,
On your knees,
Or in a chair,
Or even lying down on the floor,
In your bed,
Your couch,
Or your recliner.
Whichever position you choose,
Keep the spine nice and long.
If you are seated,
Ensure the crown of the head is lifted towards the sky as your tailbone is rooted into the support beneath you,
Landing in a position where the spine is unobstructed so you can take a nice full deep breath.
Close down the eyes or soften the gaze.
Start by taking gentle movements to unwind any lingering energy.
Feel free to get any fidgets out,
Maybe rolling the neck or wrists.
Move your body however you need to,
Then eventually settling into stillness.
As you wind down your body and mind to prepare for meditation,
Notice where in your body you may be holding on to any tension or stress.
Mindfully soften the grip of the jaw.
Relax the shoulders.
Loosen the ribs and soften the belly so you can just float naturally with the breath.
Relax the hips and pelvis.
Unclench the legs and feel the lower body get really heavy.
And let's begin to clear and reset with the breath.
Start with a deep,
Full inhale through the nose,
Filling up the ribs and the belly.
And open mouth sigh as you exhale completely.
Feel free to make any sounds that you need.
Take another expansive inhale through the nose,
This time hold it at the top for just a sip.
And exhale,
Big release out the mouth.
One more,
Inhale through the nose completely,
Take a little extra sip of air at the top.
And full exhale out,
Let it completely go.
Return to your natural rhythm of breath.
And just notice where the breath is naturally circulating in your body right now.
We'll now shift into a fire starting breath to stoke your inner flame and embody your inner spark as a manifester.
Traditionally this is called Kapalabhati,
But we are going to practice a less intense variation.
For this breath we are going to take an emphatic inhale for a count of one through the nose and exhale for a count of one forcefully out the nose.
So it sounds something like this.
Keep this breath controlled and don't go too fast,
Especially if you have high blood pressure,
Are pregnant or menstruating,
Or had just finished eating.
I'll guide you through three rounds of eight breaths.
Altogether let's start by taking a big exhale out the mouth,
Clearing the slate to prepare.
Now beginning fire starting breath,
Emphasize the inhale through the nose,
Then force the exhale out the nose.

Take a deep inhale to recover.
Breathe for four,

Moving on to the next round.

Recovery.
Inhale deep breath for four,

Clearing out anything blocking your inner flame.
This will be our last round.
Inhale forcefully through the nose for one,
Exhale forcefully out the nose for one.

Deep breath to reset.
Inhale for four,

Let all the air go.
Return to slow,
Full,
And deep breaths,
Allowing the breath to reach the fullness of your belly.
Gather your breath and re-oxygenate your body.
Sit with your inner sparks,
Taking a moment to be still and listen.
In this sacred space of connecting to your inner fire,
Begin to shift your awareness outward to your aura,
Your unique energetic field that expands about 12 inches from your skin.
Just observe how your aura feels right now at this moment.
As a manifester,
Your aura is designed to be protective and dense.
By keeping your aura closed and reserved,
You are subconsciously selective about what you let in from the external world because you are designed to know exactly what you need from within.
You know what you want without consulting others or waiting for an external sign.
Notice if you can sense your closed aura as if it is an energetic shell that shields you.
Now notice how it would feel to soften your aura slightly,
Just enough to open up and use your strategy as a manifester to inform,
Letting people into your inner world simply by notifying them of your inner urges and plans of action.
Recognize how you are still in control by deciding when and what you wish to inform.
You are not asking for permission.
Use your next breath to soften the walls of your aura.
It is still here to protect you,
But instead of being rigid like a shell,
It can be a bit softer,
Like the membrane of an egg.
By softening,
You can let people in to support you and to delegate.
Even though you can do it all by yourself,
You are not meant to.
You are meant to lead,
Spark the vision,
And inspire others.
Notice the position of your palms right now.
Now open them up to the sky as a gesture to receive.
Embrace the freedom you gain when you're able to receive assistance by letting people in.
Envision the power of your impact when you let go of control and let yourself be fully seen.
Start to shift your awareness to your throat center at the hollow of your collarbone.
Does your throat feel open and free,
Or does it feel held back or constricted?
Without creating a story or thinking about it too much,
Just intuitively feel into the current vibration of your throat.
Now recall a time in your life you have left an immense impact on a person,
Place,
Project,
Or group.
How did you feel in that moment?
Bring that exact feeling to your throat space right now.
Embrace the power of your defined throat center.
Everything you say or do creates a ripple effect,
Whether you are aware of it or not.
There is nothing you need to actively force to be this way.
Your presence,
Voice,
And action alone leaves an imprint wherever you go.
Now bring your awareness to your abdomen,
Your sacral center about two inches below the navel.
Notice how it feels today.
Is it pulsing with the energy to get things done,
Or is it a low,
Quiet hum?
Again,
No need to overthink it.
Just feel what you feel in your low belly.
This sacral center to create and complete tasks is undefined for you,
Meaning that sometimes this ability is inconsistent for you.
Honor the natural ebbs and flows of this sacral energy to do.
This might mean some days you are full speed working,
Or some days you need rest.
Take a moment to recognize which type of day it is for you today.
Trust that your inner sparks,
Urges,
And impulses will be your guiding light.
Your inner spark will guide you.
Also trust when you are feeling drained and need rest,
A break,
Or to delegate.
You can safely trust your inner compass to drive you to the next action.
That next action may even be to drop something and pivot completely.
Tune into your current ideas and desires.
Which feels most exciting?
Which feels most draining?
Begin to place these ideas on a shelf in your mind's eye.
Place the most exciting ideas on the top shelf.
Place whatever is currently draining you on the bottom shelf.
Once you feel complete sorting your ideas,
Take a look at the bottom shelf.
Is there anything that you can delegate?
If you can't delegate it,
Can you let it go completely?
Be completely honest with yourself in this process.
And remember you are allowed to pivot.
Pivoting and following your most exciting desires is actually your greatest power.
Now take a look at your most exciting ideas at the top shelf.
What is one step you can take today to bring that idea closer to reality?
Spend these final few moments in meditation,
Envisioning your one most exciting idea out in the world.
Allow any other visions or messages from your inner soul to naturally arise and speak to you in this relaxed and open state.
Very slowly,
Begin to deepen the breath,
Reawakening the body gently through the motion of the breath alone.
Then softly invite movement back into the body,
Maybe wiggling fingers and toes one at a time.
Eventually rolling out the head and the neck.
Whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice,
Gently open your eyes,
Pause and take in the space around you.
