Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or laying down,
In a space where you won't be bothered.
Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Followed by a slow exhale.
Begin by bringing your attention to your breath.
Notice a natural rhythm without trying to change it.
Feel the cool air entering through your nose and the warm air exiting.
With each exhale,
Imagine releasing any tension or stress.
Visualize yourself standing beside a gently flowing river.
In your hands,
You are holding a delicate leaf that represents your fears and anxiety.
When you are ready,
Gently place the leaf onto the water's surface and watch as it's carried away by the current,
Symbolizing the release of your fears.
Silently repeat the following affirmations,
Allowing their meaning to resonate with you.
I trust my body's ability to heal.
I trust my body's ability to heal.
I surrender to the flow of life,
Knowing that I'm supported.
I surrender to the flow of life,
Knowing that I'm supported.
I release fear and embrace peace.

Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Feeling the surface beneath you.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Carry this peace with you through your day.
