The Gita is a very important source of life wisdom. Verse 4.22 talks about the state of consciousness of a wise yogi. One characteristic being, the ability to feel contentment with coincidental, unplanned gains (yadrccha labha santushta). This is beautiful to aspire for. Let’s not be totally captive to our plans and planning where we get blinded to everything else. Let's remain open enough to recognise beautiful unexpected moments of happiness. And do share with me if you recognised any. This track contains ambient sounds in the background

Namaste all.

We all are after happiness and we all have plans to make this happiness,

Plans to make some events and if that succeed we plan to be happy and this is needed.

But the problem is sometimes we get so caught up in these plans that we do not see anything else.

So our plans for the specific events which will make us happy,

If our attention is so caught up in it then we don't see any other moments which are coming to us which are actually beautiful but we tend to get blindsided due to our plans.

But the yogi described in 4.

22 is what we can aspire for where we remain open enough to recognize different moments coming with,

As so coincidentally with some beauty which is dawned and loaded with units of happiness.

It can come as unexpected,

A kind of a kindness from some strangers.

It can even be a nice conversation which is unexpected.

It can certainly be the sky or some birds or something which showed such beauty and that's beautiful.

So we are so bound by expectations,

Expectations of particular outcomes through particular people,

Through particular events that we do not leave room for this Yadrachaya as so coincidentally.

So try to remain open and if possible by evening please share if you did experience some simple random moments,

Unexpected moments,

Big or small.

Just now this rooster growing,

If I listen to it there's a beauty to it.

You know nature,

That is nature's natural alarm you know in the morning just to wake people and so like that this is very simple and but please share anything why I spoke about the rooster was you can even say such simple things it'll uplift everybody.

So namaste.
