This is a very special sound healing meditation. For the first time, I produced the music for the meditation as well as the vocal portion. I am incredibly happy with the finished product and feel it represents exactly what I dreamed of creating when I first began making guided meditations. I hope this meditation resonates with you as much as it does with me.

Divine sound is the cause of all manifestation.

The knower of the mystery of sound knows the mystery of the whole universe.

Hazrat Sinai Atchkan.

The coming practice is a dive into sound and its connection to self.

The power of sound is one of true healing and creation.

It has been used for thousands of years in some of the most ancient and time-honored spirituality practices.

Before we move forward though,

We need to establish a comfortable place from which we can do so.

If you have not done so already,

Shift into an ideal seated position with the hips elevated.

Use a few deep breaths to intentionally release any remaining tension from the body.

And then let your natural breath pattern slowly take control.

Through the nose.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Repeat.

Listen.

In the beginning,

OM,

The original primordial sound,

Diversified.

The one became many.

Each separate vibration evolved to reflect the whole in infinite disguises,

Giving rise to the world in which we live.

Universes within universes,

Each vibrating at their own frequency,

Interacting with every other frequency to produce a variety of light.

Every organ,

Tissue,

And cell has its own vibration,

Which when in harmony,

Creates the most wonderful symphony imaginable,

The human body.

I created this piece of music for you,

The listener.

And so what do you hear?

For the duration of this meditation,

Take note of each individual sound as it appears and fades away.

Where in space do they occur?

Notice how they move,

How they ebb and flow.

Are you drawn to any in particular?

How do they make you feel?

This practice will go for some time.

The music will eventually fade.

Feel free to sit for as long as you choose.

Much love.
