Threefold Aspirations Of Non-Violence
This extra short practice is based on the threefold ethics of bodhisattvas (traditionally presented in the teachings on the 6 paramitas) and can be used in the beginning of the day or at any other point. Its purpose is to strengthen our ethical intelligence and help us find the most compassionate and non-violent solution in each situation, progressing along the path of training in śīla, or ethical discipline.
