Affirmation meditation is a transformative practice that combines the power of positive self-talk with the profound effects of meditation. In this practice, you will repeat affirmations—short, uplifting statements—either silently or aloud while in a meditative state. These affirmations are designed to instill confidence, foster self-love, and manifest desired outcomes. Using an affirmation meditation can help cultivate a positive mindset, counteracting self-doubt and negativity. By repeatedly affirming your worth, capabilities, and goals, you can boost your self-esteem and self-belief.

Welcome to today's meditation.

Today's meditation is an affirmation meditation for you to create an affirmation that can support you throughout today.

Go ahead and get comfortable and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath all the way down into your belly,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth to start.

Just centering yourself here now.

Let's do a couple more like that.

Deep breath in,

Exhale letting go of all of the stuff you don't need to take with you on your inward journey today.

Feeling the belly expand as you inhale and fall as you exhale.

And then when you're ready allowing the breath to flow in and out of your nose throughout this practice.

We're going to use the words I am as the point of focus today.

As you breathe in simply in your mind say I and as you exhale I am.

Just try that for a moment.

I am.

Let's do that a few times.

I with the in-breath and I am with the out-breath.

Every time you catch yourself thinking it's okay.

But just come back to the words I on the in-breath and am on the out-breath.

You will notice in the beginning as you say I am that your mind wants to finish this sentence.

Just notice what words and feelings are present here in the beginning of this meditation.

I am.

Keep repeating the words I am with the breath.

I on the in-breath and am on the out-breath.

And then when you're ready go ahead and pick a word for today.

Maybe today you want to feel more energized or joyful or happy or loved.

So you can go ahead and add that word to the sentence of I am.

So it becomes I am joyful.

I am energized.

I am loved.

Try which one resonates with you or add whatever word came up for you.

I am.

The focus here is the words I am.

Keep coming back to the words adding that special word for yourself at the end of the sentence.

I'll say the words I am ten times.

Just to remind you to keep coming back to the focus.

I am.

I am.

Adding the word of your choice at the end of the sentence.

I am I am.

I am.

I am calm.

I am joyful.

Keep using whatever word works for you.

I am I am.

Letting that affirmation connect to your breathing.

I am.

I am.

I am.

Letting these powerful affirmations seep into your subconscious mind so they can serve you throughout the day.

I am enough.

I am energized.

I am ready for a great day.

I am.

What is your sentence for the day?

What is your affirmation?

I am.

May it serve you all day.

And when you're ready you can go ahead and take a deep breath in.

Sealing this practice and coming back to the space you're in and opening your eyes.

Welcome back.

Thank you for allowing me to guide you today.
