Find a comfortable seated or laying down position,

Allowing your spine to gently lengthen.

You may softly close your eyes or relax your gaze.

Take a deep breath in,

Lovingly welcoming the brand new day.

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any lingering sleepiness or echoes of yesterday.

Bring your gentle attention to your breath.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in fresh,

Clear,

Vibrant energy for the day ahead,

Filling your entire being with light.

With each exhale,

Lovingly release anything from yesterday or your past that you no longer wish to carry,

Letting it float away with ease.

Now bring to your heart three things you are truly grateful for this morning.

They can be the simplest of blessings.

Feel the beautiful warmth of gratitude expanding within your heart as you bring them to mind now.

Loving intention for your day,
