A quick and easy way to drop into the body, and out of the mind. Take just 5 sweet minutes of your time to grab some headphones and drop in through easy access to the breath. Relaxing all parts of the body and for this moment, allowing yourself to connect with you. This human that you are.

Okay,

So go ahead and take yourself on your little journey to find where it is you want to sit or lay.

And finding yourself in that space,

Whether you're outside or inside,

Whether it's the morning or the afternoon,

But just meeting yourself in this moment.

And as you find your seat,

Just allowing yourself when you're ready to gently close your eyes as you move from the external world into the internal world.

And as you move your awareness into the space between your eyebrows,

Into the body,

Into the breath and into this moment,

Just noticing what's here.

And just noticing maybe where the mind is.

Just noticing how the body feels.

And just bringing any last little bits of movement that the body would like before you bring stillness in.

And then when you're ready,

Just allowing your body to be still.

Letting your arms rest where they want to rest,

Letting the spine be tall and broad and open.

And letting the heart and the shoulders soften,

Letting the jaw soften,

Letting the tongue from the roof of your mouth gently relax.

Letting your earlobes feel heavy.

And just for this moment right here,

Just really connecting with you,

This human that you are.

And as we invite in some breaths,

We're going to say in our mind's eye,

I am on the inhale and then your name on the exhale.

I am on the inhale and your name on the exhale.

I am.

And your name on the exhale.

And if you want to move to maybe a nickname or a shortened name,

You can breathe in to the belly.

I am,

And then your nickname on the exhale.
