Welcome beautiful soul to today's meditation which will help you to process any client related triggers in your business I want to invite you to find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed and all you have to do right now is just close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself whatever the scenario is that you find yourself in right now allow yourself to take a step back from the situation slow down and focus on your breath and now with your mind's eye imagine a peaceful serene environment perhaps it's a beautiful garden or a calm beach this is your safe haven no one can touch you or hurt you here this is your happy place and in this space visualize a large clear screen in front of you this screen represents your business interactions and you can picture a challenging client situation appearing on the screen something that you're dealing with right now it could be a refund request it could be receiving critical feedback from a client perhaps it's a boundary violation or maybe a power struggle that you're currently facing as you observe the situation objectively notice any physical sensations or emotions that arise not coming from a place of judgment just acknowledging their presence and welcoming them in where do these sensations sit in the body perhaps you feel tension or a tightness in your chest or somewhere else in the body just allow it to come and allow your body to guide you your body has great wisdom for you and as you're tuning into the sensation in your body what emotions arise for you right now is it anger frustration sadness guilt perhaps shame whatever the emotion this trigger is stirring up invite in the feelings allow yourself to feel the vast spectrum of all the sensations and feelings and I want you to check in with yourself what needs are not being met right now as you are navigating this trigger with a client is it that you don't feel seen you don't feel heard or maybe acknowledged perhaps you don't feel honored or celebrated right now whatever the unmet need tune into its frequency for a moment just simply give it the right to exist keep taking deep breaths to let your body know that you are safe and it's safe to face this trigger and it is safe to hold space for it this trigger is inviting you to look deeper within to reveal where your own wounding lies that stems from your childhood so it is a beautiful invitation for taking ownership and ultimately for deeper healing and when we go a step further I want you to ask yourself what does this trigger remind me of is there a moment in time where you can visualize when you were younger where something similar happened to what you're facing right now with this client perhaps it's a power struggle you're facing with a client that reminds you of a power struggle you used to have with one of your parents or siblings and exhale to the mount a visual representation comes to mind right now now I want you to imagine a dial in front of you this dial controls the intensity of your emotional reaction I want you to visualize how you slowly turn the dial down as you're feeling your emotional response decrease and decrease with every inhale and every exhale you take do this a couple of times in your own time and your own breath to bring you back to a new stasis now envision yourself stepping back from the screen and as you do this the situation becomes smaller less overwhelming and less triggering you notice how the trigger has less impact on you and you can remove yourself from the emotional charge you are experiencing in your body and as you're doing this I want you to picture a wise confident version of yourself stepping forward this is you tapping into your inner queen archetype someone who is the embodiment of calmness,

Confidence,

Someone who knows who she is someone who is professional and is solution oriented so watch as your inner queen handles the situation with grace,

Confidence and expertise notice the intentionality in the words she uses and how relaxed her body language is but also her extremely calm presence so feel yourself absorbing these qualities of your inner queen who is a powerful coach who can tackle any challenging situation with ease and with each breath you become more aligned with your inner queen finally you see this challenging situation and trigger resolving positively the screen fades leaving you with a sense of accomplishment and peace of mind now bring your hands to prayer and thank your body for sharing great wisdom with you today as you navigated this emotional trigger taking a deep breath in and exhale through the mouth so often we get lost on what I like to call the horizontal line this is where daily life happens and where we are in relationship to others and this is also where conflict arises and where we lose ourselves in the triggers that are being activated when we are dealing with other people the invitation here for you today is to always come back to your vertical line from this place you are deeply connected to God,

To spirit,

To the universe,

To your highest self and from this place you are unbothered what takes place on the horizontal line because you are in a deep self connection and you know your truth and from the vertical line you are connected to your emotions,

Feelings,

Sensations and needs so this is a very very potent place where you can navigate any challenge and any trigger that life throws at you when working with clients so I hope this analogy helps you to come back to centre and remind you that you can deal with any challenging situation that arises take a last deep breath in and slowly,

Gently,

Softly open up your eyes carrying this sense of calmness and confidence within you thank you for being here with me today and for taking self ownership over this trigger so it no longer holds any power over you you are doing an amazing job
