Welcome to your Yoga Nidra Gratitude Meditation.

I'm Kaylin,

And I'll be breathing with you today.

Yoga Nidra is a beautiful practice to calm the mind using the body.

When we tap into our own energy frequency,

We connect,

And this connection signals safety to the body.

It calms the mind and allows you to relax fully and completely.

So today we are going to breathe in gratitude.

We're going to send intention and awareness to every part with love and kindness.

So sit back or lie down comfortably and close your eyes.

Open up your sacred space around you.

Drop into your body and connect.

This is your time to turn inward and unfold the day.

Unfold the stresses and the issues and let them fall away so you can breathe.

Let's begin.

Deep breath in here now.

And deep breath out.

Slow and steady,

Deep breath in.

And out.

We're going to take 10 deep breaths here.

Take your time.

Deep breath in and out.

Slow and steady.

Continue to breathe.

Now that our breath is centered and aligned,

We're feeling relaxed.

We're going to send our awareness through our energy centers in the body and send some love and kindness their way.

So take a deep centering breath here and pull your attention down to your chakra at your feet,

Your earth star chakra.

Send love and kindness to your feet now for all that they do for you.

Thank your feet for carrying you.

Thank you to my feet for carrying me through this life,

Grounding me and keeping me moving forward.

Deep breath in.

And out.

Let's move our intention to our shins,

Our lower leg.

Send some love and gratitude to your lower legs for all that they do for you.

Thank you to my lower legs and shins for bracing me against tough moments and helping me to climb higher,

Helping me to move toward my goals,

But still grounding me to my feet.

Deep breath in.

And out.

Let's move our awareness to our knees and send love and kindness to our knees now.

Thank you so much for allowing me to bend and not break.

Thank you for your ability to help me to seek and jump to higher places on my journey and move me through troubled waters.

Deep breath in.

And out.

Moving our intention and awareness to our thighs,

Our upper leg.

We send love and kindness to our upper legs now for all that they do for you.

Thank you for being a part of me that has helped me to lift my spirits,

Get me up out of bed in the morning,

And been a source of comfort for all that holds dear to me.

Thank you for being strong when I wanted to sit or lie down and always getting me back up.

Deep breath in.

And out.

And we move our intention and awareness to our hips.

We send love and kindness to our hips now for all that they do for you.

Thank you hips for carrying my trauma,

My grief,

My loss,

My love,

My joys.

You carried it all.

Deep breath in.

And out.

Move your intention and awareness to your belly.

Send love and kindness to our belly now for all that it does for you.

Thank you belly for helping me to digest life.

All the experiences,

All the energy,

All the love.

And of course,

All the nutrients.

Thank you for helping me to nourish my body,

Mind and soul.

Deep breath in.

And out.

Moving your intention and awareness to your chest.

Send love and kindness to your chest now for all that it does for you.

All that it houses.

Thank you for being my home base,

My core,

My love,

My breath,

And everything that I love and adore.

Thank you for guiding me and reminding me that love is always the answer.

Deep breath in.

And out.

Now move your attention and awareness to your shoulders.

Send love and kindness to your shoulders now for all that they do for you.

Thank you shoulders for helping me to push through the hard times and embracing those that I love.

Thank you for helping me to bear it all and holding whatever I needed right there.

Deep breath in.

And out.

Moving your attention and awareness to your arms now.

Send love and kindness to your arms for all that they do for you.

Thank you arms for carrying it all.

Thank you for helping me make things happen.

Deep breath in.

And out.

Move your attention and awareness to your hands.

Send love and kindness to your hands now for all that they do for you.

Thank you hands for being my connection to life,

Love,

And everything.

Thank you for helping me to do my work of the world and to build my life.

Deep breath in.

And out.

And pull your attention and awareness to your throat and neck.

Send love and kindness to your throat and neck now for all that they do for you.

Thank you so much for helping me to express my voice in this world and speak my truth.

Thank you for allowing me to feel heard,

Valued,

And understood.

Deep breath in.

And out.

And pull your attention and awareness to your head and your crown.

Send love and kindness to your head and crown now for all that they do for you.

Thank you so much for being my program,

My computer system of my life,

And knowing exactly what to do at the right times.

Thank you for guiding me with intuition and helping me to be connected to divine source.

Deep breath in.

And out.
