I invite you to stand firmly on the ground with your spine erect and your head held high as a child of the king of the universe,

As the royalty that you are,

And close your eyes allowing yourself to experience how you are standing in the midst of Hamakul,

The source of all creation.

The place where everything that was and is and will be happens.

And experience how you are being held,

How you are being breathed,

And how you are being loved by the king of all kings.

And feel that breath,

That expansion,

And that love with the rise and fall of your chest,

With every inhale and exhale.

And knowing that you are the child of God,

Precious one,

I invite you to open your eyes and stand as royalty.

Feeling the crown of the divine name resting atop your head.

The letters Yud,

He,

And Vav,

He,

Are circling and circling above your head,

Reminding you of the royalty that you are.

And begin to walk as royalty,

Knowing that the light of the divine is guiding you from above.

The light of Keter,

The crown of the divine name above your head.

And walk,

Taking one step after another as royalty,

As a child of God,

As an emissary of love and light for the whole world.

And as you walk as royalty,

Feel that blissful light above your head coming down into the right side of your head,

Into the place of Chokhmah,

Of wisdom.

Because as a child of God,

You have been blessed to embody all of the qualities of the divine,

Including the quality of wisdom.

So how does a wise one walk?

How does a wise one hold his or her head?

Spy?

How does a wise one look upon the world?

How does a wise one learn from the world?

And now I invite you to feel that infinite light shifting over into the left side of your head,

The place of Binah,

Of understanding.

Of the capacity to differentiate between this and that.

Bringing down that wisdom and differentiating it into more clarified detail.

And how does a person of understanding walk?

How does she or he hold up their head?

Spy?

How does one with understanding gaze upon the world?

How does one with understanding learn from the world?

Feel that glorious light making its way into your throat,

Precious one.

Into the place of Daat,

Of knowledge.

The place where that wisdom and understanding can finally be articulated into words.

Words that create.

Words that influence.

Words that light up the world.

And as you continue to move,

Feel what it is to walk as one with knowledge.

One who holds absolute certainty of the experience of the divine.

Of the sovereignty of the divine overall.

Of the knowing that the divine lives in you.

And now,

Precious one,

I invite you to feel that radiant light making its way onto your right side.

Nourishing the right side of your heart and your right arm.

With the capacity for chesed.

For loving kindness.

For sharing your light and love and compassion with the world.

And feel that right hand of yours radiating that light.

And blessing the world around you as you walk.

And how does a person of chesed move?

How does one filled with love and compassion hold their head?

How does one who knows the infinite love of the divine,

Existing inside of them and all around them.

How does such a person move through the world?

And now feel that glorious light making its way onto your left side.

Nourishing the left side of your heart and your left arm.

With the divine capacity for gvurah.

For strength and restraint and containment.

And feel that quality of gvurah in your gait.

In your spine.

In the way you hold up your head.

How does someone who knows they are safe in the world.

How does someone who knows in exactly what measure to share and to hold back.

And now feel all of that light that exists on the right and the left.

Finding perfect balance in the center of your chest.

In the place of tiferet.

Because you precious one,

As a child of God,

Are made perfectly in his image.

And how does someone who knows how to beautifully emanate light and contain it in the perfect measure.

Move through the world.

How does a co-creator with the divine walk.

And now feel that light bursting out of your heart and radiating down into your right hip.

The place of netzah.

Of forward movement and drive and success.

Of going after what you want with sheer determination.

How does such a person embodying the light of netzah move through the world.

How do you hold your head and spine.

How do you walk.

And knowing that you have the capacity to go and be and do.

I invite you to feel that light shifting from your right hip into your left.

The place of Hod.

Of the capacity to appreciate every moment just as it is.

To be filled with gratitude and acknowledgement.

To receive life with an unabounding yes.

How does Hod walk through the world.

How does one with Hod hold their head,

Spine.

How does one filled with gratitude hold their face,

Their smile.

And now feel the balance of the right hip and the left shining right in to the center between your legs.

The place of Yesod.

The foundation of all connection.

Between yourself and the divine.

Between yourself and others.

And yourself with your own beloved heart.

The foundation of everything.

And how does a soul fully connected to itself and the divine and the world.

How does such a soul hold up their head.

How do you precious one.

Embodying the light of connection.

Look upon the world.

How do you receive the world.

And what do you want to offer the world.

And be that.

Feel all of that gorgeous light making its way down to the bottoms of your feet.

To the place of Malchut.

Of kingship.

The place where the child of God fully lives out and realizes the mission of God.

Grounded in the earth.

Steeped in physicality.

Imbuing all matter with the light of the divine.

And how does someone with the capacity for Malchut.

For sovereignty.

Move through the world.

How do you hold your head and spine.

How do you walk.

How do you look upon all that is around you.

And how do you bless the world that you see before you.

And be that.

You are made in the image of the divine.

I invite you to feel that infinite light.

Coming in through the crown of your head.

Making its way to the right side.

And the left side.

To your throat.

To your right hand.

To the center of your heart.

To your right hip.

To your pelvis.

And down to the bottoms of your feet.

So it is that a spirit of the divine.

Brings the light of the divine down into this earth.

And as you walk,

Feel that light emanating out of the palms of your hands.

And emanating out of the bottoms of your feet.

Because being godlike,

You were imbued with the capacity to bless this world.

With the light of the divine.

And feel as it comes down in through the crown of your head.

And moves through your head and your heart.

Out of your hands.

Out of your hips.

And down out of the palms of your feet.

Radiate that light.

Bless the world with love.

Beauty.

I invite you to slow down your walking.

And stand still.

And close your eyes.

And bring those precious hands of yours over your beautiful heart.

And offer yourself a blessing.

For love.

When you are ready.

You may offer yourself an embrace.

And thank yourself for showing up as an emissary of the divine.

As a child of God.

Slowly bat your eyes open.

Ready to greet the world with your gaze.
