
Singing Bowls - 5 Minutes

Take a moment today to breathe, meditate or simply relax to the calming chimes of singing bowls. You can use the sound as a focus point for meditation, noticing thoughts and feelings that arise before letting them go and returning the attention to the bowls, you can use the track as a background for other meditation activities or yoga, or you can simply relax to the soothing hum of the bowls.
