What is the world?
As we can imagine,
The world can be very big,
Very diverse,
A lot of things.
But the world actually is the mind,
The inner world,
Isn't it?
The world we perceive is the projection of the inner world,
The mind.
In such a small and also very big world,
Everything is taking place there.
It is small because it is limited to the skull,
This part,
The whole body,
The neuron systems,
The neuron cells,
The neuron loops.
It is indeed very small,
But it is also very big because the mind can imagine a lot of things,
All kinds of self-expansion,
Ambition,
Desire,
Wanting,
Craving.
The world feels very huge,
Enormous because of self.
The self has created such an illusion that the world is really big,
All kinds of heroism,
All kinds of globalization.
It's the projection of the big ego,
The big self.
If the mind is trapped in that,
The mind can no longer perceive how small it is.
Without feeling the smallness,
The mind is very arrogant.
The mind seeks all kinds of self-expansion.
It's rather easy to be deceived by the self,
By the ego,
But the pain,
The misery,
The sorrow is there.
To meditate is to restore the proper perception,
How small we are.
The whole world is limited to this space.
In that proper perception about life,
About the world,
About the mind,
We restore the feeling of awe about life and existence.
Then the world is really awesome,
Isn't it?
