This journey of self-inquiry is to un-stand the mind totally,
Un-stand the great issues,
Not partially,
Not in a fragmented way.
The mind is easily trapped in all kinds of fragments,
Totally lost in all kinds of fragments.
To inquire,
Which is to observe the mind,
We have to see the totality,
Never get carried away by the small things,
The fragments.
With this connection with the totality,
The mind will solve all the small issues on a different dimension.
This is the mission of the meditation,
Is to empty the mind now,
To free the mind from all kinds of immediate issues.
So the mind has space to un-stand itself thoroughly.
In that very un-standing,
The mind transforms itself,
So the mind becomes very clear where there is clarity,
There are no issues at all.
Without this clarity,
The mind is trapped in all kinds of secondary issues.
So you see,
Other mind is clear,
Connected with the totality,
Nor get trapped in the small issues.
All the mind simply get trapped in the small issues,
Totally lost,
Confused.
And most people are trapped in the latter.
To meditate is to inquire,
To observe,
To learn,
To return to the former,
To get this clarity about the self,
The world.
And this is the most marvelous thing human beings can ever achieve.
It is the real art of living with wisdom.
