Look at this world,

People are becoming more and more individual because everyone is more and more oscillated by thoughts.

Their life is living in fantasy,

Imagination,

All kinds of thought products.

And thoughts are never stable,

They are so changeable.

So such a life is changeable.

And the mind feels insecure,

Wanting to have security from this impossible life.

That's why people try meditation in the hoop to make this impossible life practical.

But it is an illusion,

Isn't it?

One has to see that this life in thoughts is impractical at all.

And sometimes the mind needs security.

Only when the mind feels secure,

The mind can function well harmoniously.

But we see that thoughts are never stable.

And seeking security from thoughts is impossible.

But look around this world,

People try their best to make the thoughts stay as long as possible.

Try to fix the thoughts in all kinds of ways.

Culture,

Tradition,

Ideology.

Unfortunately,

They don't help at all.

When the thoughts stay as all kinds of thought patterns,

It immediately creates the neural conflict.

Because the neurons never accept any pattern.

Though when we are living in thoughts,

We are living in patterns.

But on the neuron level,

The neuron system refuses any pattern.

That's why to hold onto thoughts,

We have to go through all kinds of challenges.

They are all the consequence of the neural conflicts.

To meditate is to feel this deeply,

Inwardly.

To feel,

To see the impossibility,

To seek security from something unstable,

Which is the thoughts.

And seeking security from thoughts is therefore inevitably leading to all kinds of mental challenges,

Problems.

To see this,

To really observe this,

The mind must be quiet.

Must stop seeking.

Because seeking is a gesture in thoughts.

The very seeking itself destroys the security.

The very seeking creates more thoughts,

More instability,

More turbulence.
