A free mind means that the mind has no direction,
So the mind is free to observe,
To learn,
To understand.
A life without the self is a life without seeking.
It's a real free life.
The mind is free from all kinds of attachment,
And this whole life is the real transformation of the mind.
To observe the total movement of thoughts is to observe the seeking in all kinds of forms.
The very seeking itself starts many thoughts,
Doesn't it?
Initialized the desire,
The wanting,
The craving,
With all the thoughts moving along one direction.
In that direction,
The self is created.
When the self continues that direction,
Wants more,
Creates more,
You see,
The self itself is a loop perpetuating the seeking,
And the seeking perpetuating the self.
It's like a whirlpool,
Vortex,
Until there's a sheer action to take immediately.
That's to stop seeking,
To really turn inward now.
So that's why this transformation is so radical,
Because it requires one to take sheer action to break the continuation of the loop,
The seeking loop,
The wanting craving loop.
And this sheer action must come from the total understanding of the thoughts,
The seeking,
The self.
And doing this,
Understanding this,
Applying this to life,
Is the real meditation,
And also our real life.
A life without fear.
