**Note: If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, be aware of the emotions or reactions. Time as a concept is not time in actuality. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

Time has played such a role in life,

Doesn't it?

It appears almost at each corner of life Look around,

All human beings' activities,

All kinds of businesses are running based on time All kinds of schedules,

All kinds of plans,

All kinds of appointments,

All kinds of life habits,

Which all involve time To understand the meaning of living at present is to understand deeply time The deeper meaning of time and the inference,

The consequence of living in time Time as a fact is very different from time as a concept But for a mind which is living in thoughts,

It is very difficult to distinguish the fact and the concept Fact,

This word,

Has been polluted in our ordinary sense of using the language We often talk about fact and figures But here fact means what is,

The actuality What is actually happening is called fact,

Not fact in the fact and figures You see,

How confusing to use language because the words,

The expressions we are using,

Many of which are already polluted So it is a very serious business to use,

To understand the language carefully without being misled by the language by the word Time in terms of what is really exists Like a baby grows up to an adult A seed grows into a very big tree All this biological and physical change implies the existence of time Time really exists But when the time walks into the psyche,

The psychological world The mind develops a concept which is also called time Confusing,

Isn't it?

Time in terms of a concept has rich connotations We use different measurements,

Units to make the time more accurate From century,

Decade,

Year,

Month,

Day,

Hour,

Minute,

Second,

Even smaller unit When we are talking about the time,

7 o'clock,

10 o'clock,

Are we pointing to the fact,

To the what is,

Or are we only pointing to the concept?

It's a place where there's a lot of confusion because we don't really examine it We use time as if it is the physical time,

Biological time But in many moments of life,

We are using time conceptually Which actually has nothing to do with the biological time,

The physical time Like people are planning for the future We are using all kinds of imaginations based on the concept of time About the things to do,

Or to become,

To be But no matter how one imagines,

All the things taking place there is taking place now Conceptually,

We develop the past and the future The whole society,

Most people are thinking this way We are enhancing each other in a way that we feel that the past and the future is so true We had a memory of what happened yesterday,

According to the one's personal inclination,

Judgment We thought it was true because it did happen in one sense yesterday,

For example But now,

When we are thinking about that,

In terms of the past,

It is the neural activities,

It's the thought So as long as we think about the past,

The past is thought,

Isn't it?
