The mind can easily spin out of control. It's extremely helpful to do daily clearings. You can go into meditation and let your mind be aware of what's going on. From that place, you can go to your core place to be still and clear of that inner dialogue

A big Aloha,

I'm Cindy and I wanted to talk about a subject that I think is pretty relevant to what's going on in the world today.

We've been seeing a lot of people taking different sides and different things are happening politically and there's a lot of energy that is intensifying in my observations and I've seen that even in my life and I think that it's very valuable to understand how to clear all of that out.

All the thoughts and everything you see on TV and the conversations that you can get into can linger.

They can find a place in your mind.

They can have another life that carries on there and it's really good to be able to clear everything out two times before you meditate.

You can go to that place to clear things out and before you go to sleep as well.

I mean of course it's best to clear everything out that may be upsetting or disturbing you before you go to sleep.

Sometimes stuff goes pretty deep and it's not as easy as you might think and you know sleep and dreams are kind of made to clear some stuff out as well.

But we certainly can clear things out ourselves and we can in meditation and when we do our morning meditation,

You will observe things that you thought maybe had been cleared out that might be trying to come up and have a discussion,

A little conversation.

And it's so easy once you see that happening to follow that whatever train of thought that is.

You can get on that train and go back and forth on that train and it can really just take on a life of its own.

So it's good to know and be aware you might have things that dwell there and you know that can be things that are upsetting things or things you don't like that may have happened in the world or may have happened in other people's lives around you or whatever.

There is always residual stuff that can get stuck,

Stuck in your brain and it's just nice to be aware of that and to know how to not try to just ignore it but to release it and to let it go.

The problem with just ignoring it is it can come back.

It can come back.

It's like it can haunt you you know it's like okay I want to clear this out.

I would like to be clear of these thoughts,

These particular situations that are coming up.

So meditation is a very good way to do it but it's not a tool to escape.

It's a tool to be aware and to address what's going on inside yourself.

So you can go to that inner place inside you,

That place of strength in your soul and let that light kind of pour in and it's amazing how you can learn to navigate what's going on inside your mind to release it,

To let it go,

To be clear,

To be present,

To be in the now.

And I think it can take a long long time to be able to do this and it also depends on every individual.

Some people are more sensitive and stuff they're going through can just sit there if they were bothered by it and try to come back again and again.

You may have noticed that sometimes when you know you were right and that other people were wrong and they did something that got to you,

Bothered you,

You know and you will try to defend yourself.

You'll even create scenarios sometimes where you are you know explaining you're able to be able to defend yourself correctly but all that's just kind of really unimportant.

You know anything we feel that's going on inside ourselves that matters in that particular state where you're trying to defend yourself is usually based on some ego and some pride,

Being hurt,

Being upset and it's best to just really turn it out,

Release it,

To let it go.

And one of the tools to do this is to actually address it and say I hear you,

I see you,

I'm going to let you go,

I'm going to let it go,

I'm going to let it go and let God be in control.

The higher powers or the higher light and the God within you can do much better of dealing with the situation that your mind or your ego could do.

So it's always powerful to just turn it over to God,

Turn it over to that higher self,

That higher you,

To let your soul be in control.

As Sting said,

Let your soul be your pilot.

I love that phrase from one of his songs,

Let your soul be your pilot.

If your soul is your pilot you know you can really navigate your destination where you're going very beautifully because your soul is navigating it.

So one of the things that always,

As you know,

Works is just breathing.

So we're just going to take some moments here and just allow ourselves to relax in a safe and beautiful place and to just be,

Just to be here now.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and being aware of your body as you breathe out.

Now see if there's any tension anywhere that may have built up.

Scan your body,

Your head,

Your eyes,

Your nose,

Your ears,

Your jaw.

Breathe it,

Release any tension there.

Breathing in,

Let your awareness be in your throat area.

How is your neck doing?

Is your neck tight?

Just let it go,

Let it go.

Release any tension in your neck and breathe in,

Lighten that wonderful area of creativity that comes through that chakra.

And breathing in again,

Let's see how your heart area is doing.

Is your heart open?

Do you feel that your heart is still and beautiful and full of peace and love?

Just go to that heart and be in the place of your heart within your heart.

And see how comfortable you are in that place inside,

In love.

Ah,

Just feel good there.

Feel that wonderful power,

That light within that love of your heart.

And breathing in and out from that heart center,

Feeling yourself aligned with yourself,

Your true self,

Your heart.

Ah,

And let any thoughts go as you breathe there.

And continue to let your body be centered in love as you move down to the other chakras,

Your third chakra.

How are you holding things?

How is your stomach?

And to the second chakra,

How's the base of the spine too?

And to the last chakra there,

How are you feeling?

Let yourself scan your wonderful thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Your feet,

Letting your whole body from your toes to your head be filled with light and love.

And now do a soul protection of light around your entire body,

Above your head,

To the right and to the left of you,

Before and behind you,

Below you.

See yourself surrounded in this brilliant,

Brilliant white light of protection.

Just feel strongly this light of protection now being enforced.

And know that you are in a safe and beautiful place here within yourself.

And just allow yourself to be here now.

Just breathing,

Following that breath,

Because the breath is a beautiful thing to follow and to focus on as you breathe in and breathe out.

Feel yourself going deeper and deeper with each and every breath.

Breathing in and breathing out in this beautiful protected space inside.

You are safe.

You are 100% able to allow your soul's presence to shine throughout your entire being.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Let that beautiful light within guide you.

What are you seeing here now?

With each breath,

Go a little deeper.

Just letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go,

And letting God be in control.

In this timeless moment of now,

You can be here now and be present with each breath being a breath of love.

Feel that love.

Accept that love.

Rejoice in that wonderful love that heals you and protects you and guides your life.

And allow yourself to send this love out to the world.

The world needs so much love right now.

Send that love light out to surround the entire planet.

Let that light circle the planet,

Filling the planet with that love and that light.

Feeling that energy vibration rising,

Clearing away the darkness,

Coming back to you 100 fold,

Even more light and more love and more appreciation of the power of this wonderful light.

And now let that light go out to someone in your life that you care about.

And allow that light to come back,

Totally clear.

Breathing in that cleared light in the presence of now and feel good.

Feel centered,

Feel strong,

Feel protected.

Ah,

What a great gift this now moment is.

What a great gift being present is.

Be grateful for these beautiful,

Beautiful gifts of light and love.

Breathing in and coming back 100 fold.

And as I like to do,

Maybe some thoughts came to you,

Maybe some words came to you.

It's always valuable for me to write down any words,

Any directions,

Any suggestions from my higher self to me.

And if that's so,

Take the time to write them down,

To make a note of them.

It's a wonderful gift you can use from your highest self to you.
