And I wanted to talk about how we deal with these learning lessons.
Now,
I've always felt that we're here in life to learn,
And the thing is that sometimes it's lots of fun to learn,
So you get the harder lessons.
And when you get through the harder lessons,
It's really helpful to be able to be able to step back,
To meditate,
To look at things in that objective way.
And when you do that,
It's not going to get you down.
It's not going to overwhelm you.
It's so valuable,
And this gift of meditation goes so very deep.
And that's one of the deep parts that I have been learning is so valuable,
Is being able to meditate and to step back and work through whatever's going through the mind.
Allow the mind to go through what it goes through,
Because it will.
But when you are doing your meditation and breathing,
And when you're allowing yourself to go through that process,
And directing from your higher state of mind,
That direction to get past just the ruminating and the thoughts,
Then you can get to a place where you can see things a lot more objectively,
If you have to see things.
And you can,
In meditation,
Just experience that now,
Without even having to figure out what's really going on.
So it's an amazing journey that's kept me fascinated throughout my entire life.
And I started meditating when I was very young,
About 13 or 14.
And every day,
It has always helped me in just so many ways,
Immeasurable ways.
So let's do a little meditation together.
And let's find that space inside where we can go within and get comfortable.
And I always suggest putting a beautiful white light all around you,
A brilliant white light above and below on either side of you,
In front and behind you,
To be in this safe space here.
And to just breathe.
And by allowing yourself to just have this space to breathe,
You will find that this journey of watching your breath,
And following your breath will clear out a lot of what may be hanging around in your thoughts.
It's a great and easy process to do.
Just breathing in,
And holding,
And breathing out.
Breath in,
And holding.
Going deeper with each breath,
Breathing in.
And allowing yourself to be aware of your body as you meditate here.
Just take a moment to see that things are aligned in your spine,
That everything is good inside you and your body,
And your mind,
And your emotions.
And follow each breath as you breathe in,
And you breathe out.
Going deeper with each breath,
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
Knowing that you're in this wonderful,
Sacred,
Safe space within.
What is directing each breath?
What is that part of you,
That sacred part of you,
That allows you to choose to go within,
Right now,
In this sacred place,
To be able to breathe in,
And to hold,
And to breathe out.
Follow that thread.
Follow that thread.
And just go deeper as you realize that place within you that is directing each breath.
How precious is each breath?
And let that energy that is there in that source,
That soul within you,
Be recognized.
Take a moment to be aware of this beautiful gift,
This source of your energy field.
Each breath,
Opening up further into that sacred place within.
And from that place of the objective observed within,
Allow yourself to be aware of how special this ability to go within.
Take a moment to be grateful to yourself,
For that journey,
And this time with yourself,
With your true inner self,
That soul within you.
What a gift this precious soul is.
And where does this precious soul come from?
Where is that energy of that perfect field of light?
The birth of that love within you,
Where does that come from?
Welcome that energy source within you.
And take just a moment to be grateful to that precious field of energy that feeds your soul,
That will be there to guide you and to be able to look at what's going on in that precious way.
What a wonderful source that is.
Breathing deeply,
Allow yourself to travel through all of this beautiful field within your soul,
Back to recognize your mind and your body and your awareness,
And that ability to be able to follow that thread and to come back and write down any thoughts,
Any words,
Any insight that you might find that might help you and guide you.
What a wonderful precious gift you are and this energy is.
