I'm Reverend Cindy Palos.
How are you doing today?
I thought I'd talk to you about an amazing poem,
A very brief poem I heard that was from Hafiz.
And he was a very famous poet.
I mean,
Maybe not quite as famous as Rumi,
But certainly well respected.
And he said,
I am a hole in a flute that the Christ's breath moves through.
Listen to this music.
I am the concert from the mouth of every creature singing with myriad choruses.

And I love it so much,
I thought I would take some time to talk about this because in this quote,
You can actually figure out how to connect and allow that energy of spirit and your highest self,
Your God self to work through you.
And if you can do this,
You've achieved a wonderful state of being.
Now,
It may not be easy to stay in that state.
Not many people do,
Christ and some of the masters did,
But we are in the process of allowing this to happen.
So it's always good to set an intention at the beginning of every day to be in that place where you're a visitor here on this planet.
You're allowing spirit to work through you as you visit this planet.
Rumi said,
What matters is how quickly you do what your soul directs.
And I thought that was rather interesting.
And can you ask yourself the truth of this?
What do you do?
And how quickly do you react to your soul?
And what it directs?
I mean,
This is a major thing to really think about.
So I'm going to do a little talk about connecting to that objective observer,
That place where you can dwell in your soul and know what your soul is directing,
And then align your soul with your highest God self so your soul can be directed to that energy of all.
The one that Christ actually had his focus on was his father.
And he allowed that energy to move through him.
He always said,
It's not me,
But my father that does the works through me.
So it takes aligning yourself to this energy flow through you.
And you can use your breath to see that light coming through you.
And we're going to do that now.
We're going to take a few wonderful breaths that sweep your mind.
Breathing deeply in,
Setting your focus on your soul and breathing fully out and allowing your whole body to come into alignment.
Breathing in and allowing that energy of light to flow through you right down from your soul to your head,
Your neck and all your chakras to your heart chakra to your solar chakra to your root chakra.
And see a flowing light as if you were that flute,
As if your spine was that flute being played by the energy of God's breath of spirit.
Breathing deeply in and finding that place of peace deep within you.
Calling in that light of lights.
Breathing that in with gratitude,
Holding your breath and breathing out,
Allowing yourself to scan your body to see if there's anything that needs to be released,
Any blocks that keep that flow of that energy of light from the source to flow through all of you,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your emotions.
And now going deeper still to that place,
To that place of your soul.
Find a perch in your soul.
Go within,
Go deeper within to that place and be still and know that you are part of God.
Be in that beautiful room of light,
The soul light and allow yourself to breathe it in seeing the light from the highest resource flowing through into your soul and on down from your soul to all of your body in a beautiful ray of light.
And again,
Breathing in and being comfortable in this place,
This sacred I am that I am space of your soul.
Are you aware of your soul's energy?
Can you allow yourself to receive that energy in every part of your being?
Absorb this energy with each and every breath,
The breath of light,
The breath from your soul.
Breathe in your soul's breath.
Breathe out your soul's pure breath of light throughout your entire being.
And now go deeper and deeper and deeper within to you find that ultimate place of peace within and that objective observer of your higher self.
Can you allow your higher self to direct your soul?
Can you give yourself to the mind of God and allow that energy of the highest self to work through you?
You are individualized as part of that mind.
Your every thought and response is controlled by the universal mind of God.
As the planets travel perfectly in their orbits,
So thoughts travel perfectly through your mind under the control of the universal mind.
Your health is under the control of the perfect mind of God.
All situations in your life can be controlled by the higher mind when you turn yourself over to that divine presence of the universal God mind.
Allow that presence to be right there in the center of your soul right now.
And feel the difference when you give up control and allow that energy to control you,
To control your mind and your body and your spirit open to that wonderful power that is the highest power,
That's the true self of your existence.
Know that you can do this,
That you can make that choice to be aware of that energy.
Know that that energy is the highest energy for you.
Feel that energy that is also the unconditional love that is in that place,
The unconditional love that is always alive there within your heart of hearts.
Breathe it in.
Be it.
Be aware that you are that love of God in form,
That you are that light of lights here alive in this form.
Allow it to speak with the voice of your soul and heart to you.
Allow it to always have a way to reach you.
Let yourself be in that wonderful space of the heart of love.
And let it fill your soul right now as you slowly come out of this meditation.
Breathing it in and making a note of how you feel right now.
Can you feel that presence?
Can you feel that peace?
Can you feel that love that you are?
You are a beloved child of God and you can call upon that light and that love at any time.
Remember you can breathe it in.
You can breathe out and you can call upon it in a moment's notice to be with you in any situation in your life.
Let go and let God be in control.
I thank you so much for being here and allowing that beautiful energy to flow through you,
To be restored and renewed and regenerated with this energy.
And in gratitude I say thank you God and so it is and I thank you so much for being here and allowing that beautiful energy to be alive and present within you now and always.
