I turn my mind away from the outer world that surrounds me,
To enter into the innermost world of my own mind,
Soul and spirit.
I close off the doors of outer perception,
And as I do,
The doors of inner perception begin to open to me now.
The energy that I use for physical sight is reversed in my mind,
And that energy now is used for inner sight,
To be able to see within my own mind.
And so my outer mind,
Turning back in upon itself,
Begins an exploration,
An exploration of my consciousness,
Of who and what is contained here in the essence,
Of who and what I truly am,
At the heart and soul of my reality.
And so I picture my mind as circle,
Within circle,
Within circle,
The outermost circle of my conscious mind.
And I pass from that level into an inner circle containing memories,
And pass through that into still an innermost circle relating to more of my etheric form.
I pass through that into my emotional astral body.
I pass through that into my mental body.
I pass through that into my spiritual anatomy that supports my physical beingness.
And from that I pass still into that place,
Void of all personality,
Centralized as light within me,
And yet infinitely beyond me.
For I pass now from the personal part of my existence into that realm of unending beingness,
Eternal life,
Without beginning,
Without ending.
As if time is but one eternal moment.
And my body contains at its essence that one eternal moment of time,
Right here,
Right now,
Here within myself.
And as I contemplate this I begin to realize that my body is as a temple,
A cathedral,
A place containing the Most High,
For here within myself there is oneness with eternal life.
And I am one with that eternal life.
For the finite,
The personal part of me,
And the infinite,
The universal God-part of me merge here within myself.
And at the spiritual equivalent of my heart is the altar of Almighty God,
The seat of God's presence here within me.
And I come before the altar of my heart in the innermost temple of the Most High,
Here to worship in divine union with Spirit,
That I who worship and God who is worshiped become and are as one in the same.
Right here,
Right now,
I am in God's house of eternity,
Meeting God within my own consciousness.
My mind and the mind of God merge,
Fuse,
Synthesize.
I am one with that presence,
That Spirit which created me.
Where I am,
God is.
Where God is,
I am,
And my body is a reflection of the inner light of Spirit.
For here within myself,
I am that which I am,
One in mind,
One in Spirit,
With the infinite.
For I dwell here in consciousness,
In the true house of the Lord.
And in my oneness,
I enter in now into the upper room,
The upper room of consciousness,
Meaning the highest level within my mind.
And my mind opens now to still vaster mysteries of life,
Life eternal,
Life beyond the physical and yet accessible in mind while I still am in physical embodiment.
My mind open to the beauties of Spirit,
To fill my consciousness,
To allow my soul now to climb to new heights of awareness.
For my mind is as an inner looking glass into which and through which I can see extensions of my own beingness in oneness with God's Spirit.
Every breath that I breathe into my body is a breath of Spirit now.
For the breath that I breathe in my body is breathed by Spirit that initiates its existence.
And every heartbeat is a heartbeat of the universe.
For I am in the heart of God and the heart of God is in me and both are one in the same here in the true church,
Cathedral and temple of my body.
Here my soul is given to the infinite,
To the Spirit of Almighty God.
For God is here and dwells within me and I within myself dwell within God.
The two as one,
The one as two,
One mind,
One life,
One Spirit eternal.
As if now I am one with all that exists.
Here within my body I begin to realize that in Spirit I was before my body was.
I dwell in Spirit as my body is.
And I will continue in Spirit long after this body is no more.
That everything that I am open to is an openness to pure mind,
Pure Spirit.
And my body from the crown of my head down the length of my body to the soles of my feet is inhabited by pure light,
Pure mind,
Pure Spirit each and every day of my physical existence,
Pre-existence and after existence.
For I am that which I am.
And the wholeness of God's Spirit fills the entirety of my innermost sanctuary of this temple of my body.
And I am open in my innermost temple to receive divine impressions from the Most High within me.
For I am in divine union and communication within myself between my soul and Spirit.
All levels of my mind are open now to pure mind,
Pure Spirit.
I am open throughout my being to receive the beauties,
The splendor of God's Spirit unfolding before me.
For I look through the colors of my own soul originating from the one primal light of infinite existence and painted before the myriad of colors in my own soul like inner stained glass windows of a church and cathedral here within myself.
Increasingly I sense and feel the magnitude and the glory of infinite and eternal life welling up here from within me.
And I am open and my body as an inner temple is open and my spine is as an inner central column running through the center of my temple.
And here within my temple vortexes of energy open according to God's will and direction and higher realms of consciousness and awareness,
Godly realms are open to me.
And I realize and am open to the kingdom of heaven dwelling here within me right now.
My mind is an open doorway to the infinite and I step through that doorway now.
And the kingdom of heaven unfolds before me enabling me to glimpse higher spiritual realities and dimensions of my own inner expanding spirit.
For my mind is open to receive impressions visually from the highest reality of God's spirit according to what God knows I can assimilate into my consciousness.
God directs me now in what I receive.
God is the director of my meditation.
God's spirit in my inner temple fills me with that which I can absorb into my consciousness.
Right here,
Right now,
I am that which I am receiving divine impressions here in God's true place of worship.
God's true place of communion.
I am in the center of God as God is centered in me as above so below the finite in the infinite,
The infinite in the finite here within my body temple.
All is one and I am one with the life of the universe living through me,
Thinking through me,
Loving through me.
I feel that greater reality now,
That greater presence of infinite life here within me right now.
My consciousness and the consciousness of the stars and of the heavens outwardly and of the highest dimensions inwardly are all one and my soul soars into the higher realms of awareness now,
Expanding limitless in its expansion,
Absorbing higher sense impressions from that which is the ultimate goodness and love of spirit for its creation.
And I am absorbing God's love,
Absorbing God's peace,
Absorbing God's wisdom right here,
Right now.
I am filled in my body temple with God's love,
God's wisdom,
God's peace.
My arms,
My legs,
My upper back,
My lower back,
My upper torso,
My head area,
My arms,
My hands,
The entirety of my physical beingness is under the inner and outer impress of God's light and spirit.
I feel this.
I am this.
I feel the wholeness and the completeness of God here within myself.
My mind is as a single eye,
Seeing into itself,
Beholding itself,
Knowing itself to be divine.
I breathe the breath of spirit as spirit breathes through me.
I am in God's holy place in mind,
In consciousness.
I am God's church made manifest,
Containing God's altar and spirit.
I am in divine oneness and communion with God here and now in the eternal now of my mind,
My thoughts,
My existence.
I am.
I am that.
I am that which I am.
I am one with the word made flesh.
I am one with God as the word made flesh.
I am in the divine frequency of universal mind,
Intelligence,
Wisdom.
I am in harmony within myself and love flows through me as inner harmony and peace unfolding in inner symbology before me on a divine level of consciousness within me.
I accept my gifts of spirit.
I feel God's presence.
I am in God's presence and though this period of inner communion now will begin to slowly end and though in a few moments my senses and eyes will begin to open to the exterior world around me,
I will continue throughout my body temple to allow the direction of Almighty God to be my guide,
To guide my thoughts,
To vibrate God's love out to others,
To give forth God's light as enlightenment to others.
For I am that which I am and so now let me slowly begin to open my eyes and as I open my eyes,
Let me raise my hands high over my head in a symbolic gesture of always reaching for something higher in my life and knowing that that something higher that I reach for is to be found in the height of who and what I truly am within myself.
A living,
Breathing manifestation of the stars and of the heavens having taken image,
Shape,
And embodiment and I give thanks that I am that which I am and so it is.
