Welcome to day six of your chakra journey.
Today we rise into the third eye chakra,
Ajna,
The center of intuition,
Insight and inner vision.
This energy center is located between your eyebrows,
Just above the bridge of the nose.
When Ajna is open and balanced,
You feel clear,
Connected to your intuition,
And guided by a deeper inner wisdom.
When blocked,
You may feel confused,
Disconnected from purpose,
Or overwhelmed by thought.
Let us soften now into the space of deep seeing.
Begin by finding stillness.
Sit or lie down comfortably and gently close your eyes.
Allow your hands to rest either on your heart or on your lap,
Arms open.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale gently through parted lips.
Inhale,
Clear the mind.
Exhale,
Soften the face,
The jaw,
The eyes.
Now,
Bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows,
Your third eye.
Imagine a soft indigo or violet light glowing at this center.
With each breath in,
The light becomes brighter.
With each breath out,
The space becomes quieter,
More still.
Allow this light to gently expand inwards,
Lighting up the inner corridors of your mind.
You may see images,
Colors,
Symbols,
Or simply feel calm presence.
Let this be a space of trust,
Beyond logic,
Beyond fear.
Now,
Silently ask your inner self,
What is it I need to see today?
Stay open,
Don't rush.
You may receive a feeling,
A message,
A memory,
Or just this.
Your intuition speaks in whispers.
It often sounds like stillness,
Like clarity,
Like yes or no.
Let yourself listen now.
I'll now offer affirmations.
Repeat them in your mind or aloud if you feel cold.
I trust my intuition.
I see clearly and wisely.
I am open to inner guidance.
My inner vision is strong and true.
I listen deeply.
I know.
Let this truth settle in your bones.
Imagine now your future self,
One year from now.
They are standing or sitting before you,
Calm,
Clear,
Radiant.
What are they doing?
What does their life feel like?
What choices brought them here?
Receive their energy.
Let them share a message with you,
Silently or in words.
Trust what comes.
Begin to bring awareness back to your breath.
Inhale slowly into your third eye.
Exhale completely.
Gently bring your fingers to touch your forehead,
Sealing in the energy of clarity.
Whisper softly.
I see.
I trust.
I know.
When you feel ready,
Begin to move your body.
Blink your eyes open slowly,
Carrying this inner sigh with you.
