Hello everyone and welcome to this prana breathing experience.

My name is Ben Holt and this breathwork practice today is brought to you by Awaken Breath and Breathwork Beats.

Go ahead and lie down so that you can go deeper into this breathwork practice.

Let's go ahead and take a deep breath in through the nose now.

And let it go.

Deep breath in.

And let it go.

Begin breathing in and out through the mouth now.

You're doing great.

Feel the energy moving through your body.

Last big breath in and let it go.

Be still.

Feel the energy moving through your body.

Feel your prana.

Fully filled shoulders back.

Releasing the breath in three,

Two,

One.

And letting it go.

And keep going at this pace.

Breathing into the mouth,

Sighing it out.

Into the mouth,

Sighing it out.

Last breath in and let it go.

All the way,

Hold the breath.

Be still.

Get ready to take a deep breath in in three,

Fully filled.

Lungs fully expanded.

Great work brother, the music penetrates deep the body want's to move to the rhythm and mixed with the breathing patterns it's great to do before strength training, thank you again.
