Good morning,

My friend.

Sit down,

Get comfortable.

Let's wake up,

Shall we?

Straighten your spine so you can let the energy flow up and down your spinal column.

Relax your jaw.

Close down your eyes.

Let's bring some energy into the body through the breath.

The first thing I want you to do is take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath in through your mouth and breathe out through your mouth.

I'm going to set the pace for you so you can follow along.

You're going to do 10 quite fast-paced breaths,

Meaning that there's no long pause in between the breathing.

So follow along with me.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Now,

Keeping your breath out,

Don't breathe in again,

Hold that breath and breathe in.

Starting the second round.

Breathing in,

And hold your breath.

Take a nice big deep breath in,

Breathe out.

Starting your third and final round.

Breathe in,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Hold your breath.

Take a nice big deep breath in for me.

Hold it for a second.

Release and find just a regular pace for your breathing.

Check in with your spine.

Make sure that your spine is still nice and straight.

All I want you to do now is just gently allow your head to go down towards your left shoulder.

So stretching over from the right,

Let your head fall very gently down to the left.

Stretch your neck.

Let some blood come into your brain and your neck and your shoulders.

And then bring your head back up to the centre.

Stretch it down over towards the right shoulder.

Bringing some blood and some energy into that part of your body.

Allowing the blood to go up to your brain and help you to wake up and feel energised.

Bring your head back up to the centre.

Bow your head down towards your hands.

Put your hands in prayer position.

Let your thumbs rest on your forehead,

Seated over the third eye and very gently,

In a whisper,

Say Namaste.

You can lift your head back up,

Open your eyes and start your day feeling energised,

Focused.

Have a wonderful day my friend.
