Wherever you are right now,
Allow yourself to drop it all.
Drop any thoughts,
Any ideas,
Any beliefs that you are having right now about your life circumstances.
Or even about this meditation.
Just drop it all.
Take a nice deep breath in.
And drop it.
Relax.
And release.
I invite you to dive to the sense of the innermost me as if you were diving towards your heart.
Imagine that you are in a little space shuttle and this space shuttle is located in your brain.
So put the lights on of that space shuttle.
It's very tiny.
Put the lights on and feel that you're slowly guiding that little space shuttle down to your heart.
Let it go through your throat.
Down to your shoulders.
Allow it to dive deeper.
Into the heart space.
And feel the opening,
The ease and the softness that the light of the space shuttle brings your breath.
And your chest is opening.
Take a nice deep breath in.
And again,
Relax and release any tension that you're still holding on to.
In your body,
Mind and emotions.
Now very slowly this space shuttle is driving towards your heart on the left side.
And slowly,
Slowly and very gentle,
Allow the space shuttle to drive into the heart.
Your heart heals just by simply noticing it.
An open space for all that is.
And allow all that is to simply be seen.
You can relax all your emotions just because you're simply sitting with them here,
Allowing them to be.
And with every out breath,
You're releasing and relaxing a little bit more.
Just a little bit more.
And if you're still seeing that space shuttle within your heart,
Allow it to simply become one with the heart.
Keep your focus on how you feel.
Use your emotions as your guiding system,
As a compass towards home.
When you feel a contraction within your physical body,
You know that this is just an invitation to relax and release.
That you just relax and release a little bit more.
And that when your heart is feeling good and your emotions are positive,
Exciting,
In balance,
You know it just shows you that you're on the right track.
Use that heart as your compass,
As your guiding system towards an aligned self that knows how to feel good and to connect back to the goodness and the worthiness and the love that is already here for you.
You are actually never on a path because you are the path yourself.
So know this,
There's nowhere to go but to feel good and be at peace with what is.
You don't need to run,
You don't need to find something out,
Everything is already here.
All you have to do is drop,
Drop into the heart.
Relax and release.
Over and over again.
And again.
Whenever you are ready,
Open your eyes.
And with the open eyes,
Stay centered,
Stay connected to that which you already are.
Relax and drop into the heart over and over again.
During any activity that you might have during the day when you're being,
Sharing space with your kids,
You're sharing the same space,
Allow yourself to become bigger and wide from the inside out so that you can be the perfect space holder for your cosmic child.
Relax,
Release,
Drop into the heart and feel the presence within everything.
There's no separation ever existing.
It's all happening within the same consciousness,
Therefore you are one.
Take that knowingness as your anchor to drop back to now.
And now.
