The intention of today's meditation is to connect and heal the inner child. Make yourself comfortable and make sure you won`t be disturbed for the next 30 minutes. Allow yourself to relax and unwind, letting go of what no longer is needed and wanting for you to embrace the life that you seek.

Connecting and healing your inner child meditation.

Welcome everybody.

I'm quite excited for this upcoming meditation with you.

And I invite you to find a space within your home where you can unwind,

Relax,

And won't be disturbed for the next couple of minutes.

The intention of today's meditation is to help you connect and heal your inner child.

Honoring the inner child,

Connecting with the own inner child,

And healing allows to invite more peace and joy into your life.

This inner child meditation is one you can do anytime you're wanting to feel more whole,

More vibrant,

And more connected.

Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position,

Relaxing the body while your mind stays completely open,

Soft,

And flexible.

Take a nice deep breath in through your nose.

And breathe out easily and effortlessly through your mouth.

Again,

Breathe in through the nose.

This time,

Hold the breath for one,

Two,

Three,

And relax.

Allow yourself to sigh out deeply through your mouth.

And one more time,

Take a nice deep breath in through the nose.

And breathe out through the mouth with a big release and a big sigh.

Now close your mouth and allow the breathing only to come in gently through the nose in and out.

Adjust your position in case you don't feel completely comfortable right now.

And if you haven't closed your eyes by now,

Allow yourself to do so now.

Draw your intention a little bit more inwards and observe how the breath is moving your body.

With the inhale,

It maybe moves your ribcage.

Maybe your shoulders expand with the in-breath.

Maybe your belly expands with each inhale.

Allow your body to gently be moved with the breath in a very own intelligent way.

And don't interfere with your breath from now on,

Just allow it to come and go in its own natural ways,

Soothing,

Calming,

And rocking the body in its own intelligence.

Allow the body to become very still so that you hold a nice and sweet space for him.

Yet you can adjust your posture whenever you feel it's needed to become more relaxed and comfortable.

Relax the muscles around your face and tell them to let go.

All the tiny muscles around your eyes,

Relax and let go.

Relax your forehead and the space between your eyebrows.

Let it open and release anything and everything which still bothers you right now.

Just be openly,

Willingly okay with everything that comes into your conscious mind,

Being okay to see it for what it is,

And also being okay with letting it go.

Your jaw grows heavy.

Let it go.

Your neck feels long and soft,

And so is your head.

Relax every muscle and every muscle fiber.

Release.

Relax and let go.

Let it all go.

You relax your shoulders,

Your arms,

Fingers.

Release.

And relax and let go.

Relax your back,

Your belly,

Your organs.

Relax.

Release and let go.

Allow your legs to relax as well.

Allow your hips to expand,

Releasing,

Relaxing,

Letting go of any tension that your knees hold.

Let them soften.

Allow all heaviness to melt away like ice in the sun.

It is just melting away,

And it feels so good.

And allow all thoughts also to melt away like ice in the sun.

They come.

You see them.

You honor them.

But they are melting like ice in the sun and leave you with a feeling of space and release and beauty.

Your body is feeling more and more peaceful,

More and more soft.

And the breathing is just happening very naturally.

And you feel that your attention is now kind of cold to dive deep,

Deep within to the innermost me that you can feel right now within yourself.

As if you would turn the light from the outside to the inside,

Allowing yourself to really dive deep,

Dive deep,

And meet a sense of the innermost me that you can grasp in this very moment.

And it will be absolutely perfect.

And just stay with the intention and your attention on that innermost me.

The attitude towards that innermost me is very soft,

Warm,

Like a mother.

Open,

Flexible,

And very soft.

I would like to invite you now to zoom out as if you would be able to capture an eagle eye or a broader perspective of things,

As if you would sit behind a timeline.

And if that's possible for you,

Fantastic.

If not,

Don't worry,

It's also fantastic.

Wherever you act,

Allow your intuitive self to guide you towards something that you're going to discover or uncover,

To gain a greater clarity and therefore peace,

And allow healing to happen naturally for you.

So while you're stepping back and gaining some kind of greater and broader perspective about an upcoming situation,

Just set the intention that you will be zoomed in into a situation in your life as a child where you've felt very abandoned,

In pain,

Sad,

Frustrated,

Or alone.

It's something along the lines that you felt that you're not good enough.

Just allow your intuitive self to pull you inwards into a timeframe in your life as a child where you had the age between three and six.

Just allow yourself to be pulled into a situation where you felt feelings that were not feeling good.

Great.

Just allow yourself to let the picture unfold in front of your inner eye.

What are you seeing?

Where are you?

How old are you?

Are you inside or outside?

What is the season?

Is it winter,

Spring,

Summer,

Or fall?

What are you wearing?

Are you alone or are you with someone or about to meet someone?

Allow yourself to get very close to you as the child,

As the boy or the girl,

So that you can sense what's going on.

What is it exactly that you're feeling?

What kind of emotions are coming up?

And either you're all by yourself or someone is coming and joining you now or someone is already joining you already.

What is the feeling that gives you a feeling of,

I'm not good enough?

What is somebody doing,

Saying,

Or responding to you that make you feel,

I am not enough?

I'm not good enough in whatever way.

I'm not pretty enough.

I don't exist.

I'm not worth it.

What is it?

What is she or he allowing you to see?

And if you get a sense of what it is exactly,

Get eye contact to you as a child.

Look you into the eyes and give yourself a feeling of,

I'm here.

You're not alone.

I hear you.

Just hold on for a moment.

I will be back.

Transmit that knowledge and that security through your gazing,

Through the transmission from looking yourself as a child into the eye.

Transmit that love,

Transmit that security and the overall knowledge that all is going to be okay.

And then allow yourself to zoom out of that situation,

Kind of stepping back to that timeline.

And zooming back in into a time where you had the age between 10 and 18,

Where you find yourself in a situation that is feeding again that kind of,

I'm not good enough concept like belief.

Just allow yourself,

The intuitive self to guide you very,

Very safe and well.

And then you've been pulled into a situation where you experienced a similar emotion.

So where are you?

What time is it?

What time of the year?

What time of the day?

Are you inside or outside?

Is it warm?

Is it cold?

Who are you with?

And what's going on?

Just look at yourself very closely and recognize the feeling that is going on.

Just get a sense of it.

As if you were watching it from the outside.

Now you zoom back again.

Step back to a broader perspective of things as if you were stepping back into that timeline of your life and allow yourself to be pulled back to another and last situation between 18 and now.

That kind of give you again the same experience,

Experiencing again a feeling of I am not good enough.

I'm not worthy.

And in a particular form,

That is a repetitive thing.

As if you were getting a confirmation for that lack belief.

And it can be a totally different situation,

Like in school or in a partnership.

So where are you now?

Where do you see yourself?

Where are you?

And who's with you?

Is it cold,

Warm?

How do you feel?

What's happening here?

Get very close,

Understand what's going on.

And see how that lack belief that you're not good enough in whatever form it's expressed or experienced is something that continued to happen and gave you kind of a validation that it is true.

That you are not worthy.

That you are not good enough.

So whatever that lack belief is,

I am not worthy.

I don't matter.

I can't trust others.

I can't have everything I want.

This is not for me.

Just zoom out,

Zoom back from that situation.

And zoom back immediately to that first situation where you met yourself as that young child.

Go back into that space.

And now really see yourself.

Sit next to yourself or in front of yourself.

And look yourself in the eyes.

Smile.

And take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

You release all the heaviness of these stories.

And you allow yourself to reach even more out to that young child.

And maybe you embrace the child.

You embrace yourself.

And holding yourself close with all the love.

All the pure love.

You hug yourself.

You love yourself.

And you hold yourself.

And while holding,

Loving and embracing yourself,

You feel the acceptance.

And you feel how the stories are washed over you,

Allowing them to let go.

Now,

Take a step back,

Still holding hands,

But observe that child.

Look how beautiful you are.

Now imagine a big bright bubble on the child's sides too.

The bubble is filled with laughter,

Love,

Dreams,

Creativity and freedom and lots of peace and abundance.

Just watch all of that.

Witness it all.

And feel a huge smile spreading across your own face.

This is all yours.

This is all yours.

See how the face of the girl is lightening up.

Now I want you to look you very honest in the eyes.

And you want to tell that little boy or girl that you are taking her or him with you to your current home.

And that's what you do.

In your imagination,

You take yourself by the hand and you fly out of the window and you fly to that home where you are now.

And you show yourself as that young kid where you are living now.

And showing him,

Hey,

Everything has been turned out so well.

Look at that.

I can be this.

All is going to be okay.

You're safe.

You don't have to believe what people told you.

What people transmitted to you.

Because I know better.

I know you are worthy.

I know you're special.

I know you're pure love.

And I remind you day by day from now on that you are here to stay and you are gorgeous.

You are beautiful.

You are worth of all of your dreams and you can be anything that you want to be.

Because everything you're seeking is already here.

And I will remind you of that.

So you have yourself now in the space where you are at currently and what you're currently calling home.

And whatever you do in a day to day basis,

You're going to see that child from time to time.

Put it on your table.

Give it food.

Imagine it there.

Give it love.

Cuddle it in.

Give it a bath.

A shower.

Warm socks.

Warm milk.

Whatever it desires.

It doesn't have to believe what it has been told when it was little.

It is a grown up and it is free to do whatever she or he wants.

Slowly bring your attention back to your breathing.

Feeling the hum of peace and calm all over you.

Feel your love.

Feel the lightness.

Feel the peace.

That all is well.

All is well.

And all is going to be well.

Allow yourself to take that peace,

That space within your days and meet that child from time to time,

Reminded that everything is okay.

And it doesn't have to believe any longer what it has been told.

Because it's grown up and it has the power,

The strength and the abundance to live on its very own.

Creating worlds,

Fulfilling dreams,

Having visions and just basking in the beauty of beingness.
