Sit or lie down in a position where your body feels supported.
Place one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Take a deep breath out through the mouth.
Again in and out.
Breathe into your belly and slowly exhale through the mouth.
Right now tell your body one thing.
You are safe to release.
There's nothing in your body to fix and nothing to force.
Bring your attention to the inside.
Feel your weight.
Feel the surface beneath you holding you.
Notice your body from the inside.
How do you feel on the inside?
Slowly scan upwards from your feet into your legs,
To your hips,
Your belly,
Your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your jaw,
Your face.
Where does your body feel heavy,
Dense,
Tight,
Cold or numb?
That's not wrong.
That is energy that has been waiting.
Bring all your attention to the area that feels the most blocked.
You don't even need to understand why.
Just feel it.
Now imagine this area has a shape,
A density,
A temperature.
Maybe it feels like pressure,
Maybe like tension or like fog.
Whatever it looks like,
Stay with it.
But your feeling is not pain.
This is stored life force.
And now we're going to move it.
So breathe deeply into this area.
Slow and full breath.
With every inhale,
Imagine fresh energy flowing in.
And with every exhale,
Imagine the density starting to loosen.
In and out.
In and out.
And now add sound on the exhale.
A sigh.
Like a hum.
Or a soft ah.
Let the body express.
Energy starts to move when it's allowed.
Keep breathing in and out.
And now imagine this blocked energy starting to move.
It may spiral,
It may pulse,
Ripple,
It may shake.
It flows maybe like fluid,
Like liquid.
Let it move in whatever way your body wants.
If your body wants to sway,
Then let it.
If your spine wants to move,
Then let it.
If your shoulders want to roll,
Then let them.
You are not doing this.
Your body is releasing on its own.
Feel the energy traveling through your tissues,
Through your fascia,
Through your spine.
If any motion comes up,
Then let it.
If heat rises,
Then let it.
If tingling spreads,
Then let it.
This is your vitality returning.
Now feel the space where the blockage was.
Notice how it feels lighter,
More open,
More alive.
Imagine energy flooding into that space.
Warm,
Golden and powerful.
And now let it spread from that area into your belly,
Into your chest,
Into your arms,
Into your legs and into your head.
Your entire body is lighting up.
You're not tired.
You were holding energy still.
And now it moves.
Bring your awareness to your whole body now.
Feel the vibration,
The warmth,
The aliveness.
This is your natural state.
Say silently or out loud,
My energy flows freely.
My body knows how to release.
I am alive.
I am powerful.
Now take a deep breath in.
Hold it.
Feel your strength.
Hold it.
Now exhale,
Grounded,
Energized and present.
Slowly bring movement back to your fingers,
Your toes.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Notice how you feel now.
This is not imagination.
This is energy in motion.
And your body remembers how to do this.
