Hi love.
So how do we release emotions that are stored in our body without getting overwhelmed or lost in them?
So you maybe already know that every single emotion that you feel is going either two ways throughout your body.
So when you experience in your outside world something that makes you sad you can option one either experience the sadness so you start to feel sad you start to cry and you start to grieve and whatever emotions comes up in that whole process and you let it out you cry you talk about it and then someday you're done with being sad and the emotion like every emotion that you have is charged with a certain energy emotions are literally energy in motion so the sadness comes in you experience it you process it and you let it out and it's gone so there's no energy stuck in your body you've let it in and let it out and option number two is that there is something is happening outside of you and you know that when you let it happen you will experience sadness but in this option you you choose not to feel the sadness and this could be different reasons for example when you're a man you could have been told that crying or feeling sad is a sign of weakness and you don't want to look weak maybe you are responsible for a whole family and you know that when you start to feel sad and when you start to cry you will take away that feeling of security for those around you there can be so many different reasons that you're not allowing yourself to feel the emotion that is that has created itself and the thing in this option is that there is a energy and emotion charged with energy and you know that energy is never just puffing puffing off like it is energy is is always there so you take in you've experienced the situation and the emotion rise and it's already inside of your body and when you're not allowing yourself to let it rise and experience it then this energy is stuck in your body and this energy is stored in your fascia the fascia is a network that is surrounding your bones your muscles in order to hold your whole body together and it's also transporting nutrients through your body so it hydrates your skin it hydrates your bones your muscles everything like the fascia is one of the most important things in your body and it's also the place where emotions are stored and when these emotions get stored here there's energy and this energy starts to tense the fascia it creates a negative pull in your fascia and when your fascia is getting pulled or it's getting dried out then your whole body has to change since your fascia is holding everything together when one thing in the fascia is getting pulled your whole body pulls with it because it is one of the strongest things inside of your body and what you then experience is a disbalance in your body it may be pain it may be that your hip bones are are placed differently it can create bone pain like so many different things it can it can bring your your organs into pain it can bring your respiratory system um closer together so that it's harder to to breathe and there are so many different things you will experience when those emotions are stored in in the fascia and a thing is also that a study showed with 100 accuracy that every person that is having an autoimmune disease has experienced something they never talked about something they have never let out of their body so this trauma got stored in their body and it is creating this this weight this pain inside of them that is that is so bad that your body starts to to turn against your own body because it does not want to have it inside of you and you're not giving it a chance to release it so when we have now stored those emotions inside our bodies what can we now do about it to let them go without getting overwhelmed or lost in them because sometimes we start to release those things and we just bring it up and there's a loop of sadness again and again and again and we just experience it but we are not able to let it out and to close it so how do we do that there are a lot of different modalities and i really encourage you to not do it by yourself but to get someone who is experienced in that who is going to guide you through it who will bring up this emotion with control and transform it into something beautiful i do it for example in sessions um and we're seeing what the the deepest emotion to it is and we're changing the situation and this is super powerful and it's not overwhelming and it feels just freeing and light in the end other people i do sometimes guide people through breath work so it can be like slow breath work when you just like bring up the emotion and you'll just let it happen other times on holotropic breath work we're going much deeper and we're opening up the body to bring up whatever it's ready for to experience there are different different ways you can also go into the woods and shout it all out you can write it down into a journal um yeah there are different modalities and i really encourage you to not do it on your own to get someone who is restrained into doing that and who can hold you when something comes up so that you're not alone and that you have someone to talk to if you have any questions then please write them into the feedbacks and i really want you to know that this healing is possible i've seen so many people going through suppressed emotions and heal that and having their life back feeling light again feeling full of vitality and remember what their purpose is and it's sometimes it's a matter of 30 minutes of an hour and you can let those things go in a and you only have to look at them once yeah so whatever feels right for you if you have any questions feel free to come to me and have the most beautiful day
