Welcome to Day 6 of Insight Timer's Intention Setting Challenge.

Setting an intention is making a decision about who you want to be and how you choose to show up.

Over time,

Those choices become change.

Let's begin.

Hello and welcome to Day 6 of Insight Timer's Intention Setting Challenge.

My name is David G and today we're cultivating gratitude,

The gentle act of taking stock of the most precious aspects of our life.

The people,

The animals,

Our body,

The situations and circumstances that make up the beautiful fabric of this one amazing life.

Sometimes we fixate on what's missing or what still needs to change.

But awakening gratitude invites us to see what's quietly supporting us right now.

So today,

Let's notice what's nourishing,

Comforting,

Special and already good.

Let's celebrate the wins,

The blessings,

The miracles and the gifts in the world you have manifested.

You can bring this potent energy into your day by embodying the simple yet transformational intention.

Today,

I'll notice what's going right instead of what's missing.

Today,

So let's settle in and let's embody gratitude right now.

Gently feather your nest,

Get comfortable.

Remember,

Comfort is queen.

And feel free to close your eyes and let's ask this sacred question.

What am I truly grateful for?

And allow the answers to flow.

And now let's take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and gently rest your hand upon your sweet,

Tender heart,

Your gratitude center.

And feel that powerful connection under your hand as you release the breath.

And with our next breath,

Invite one thing in your life that's a blessing,

A miracle,

A gift.

Something that's really working right now.

Invite it into your heart.

And with each breath in,

Allow your heart to hold the beauty,

The joy and the splendor of this moment.

Allow the nourishing energy of this moment to flow into all the deep recesses of your heart.

And as you exhale,

Feel gratitude pulse through you with each beat of your heart.

And now take one final,

Long,

Slow,

Deep,

Grateful breath into your heart.

And as you exhale,

Ripple gratitude through every cell in your body like an infinite stream of love.

And now give your heart a gentle massage,

Take a deep breath in.

And as you let it go,

Feel free to gently open your eyes.

And welcome back.

Allow some appreciation to soften your edges a bit.

And remind you,

There's a lot to be grateful for in this sacred,

Precious,

Present moment.

Let's remember our intention for the day.
