Hi,

My name is Diana Mirzaeva,

Thank you so much for joining me in this meditation.

Well,

I guess it is time when you want to feel loved,

At ease,

Safe and protected.

And guess what,

You are indeed.

Want to make sure?

This meditation will prove it.

I want you to accept all the words that you'll hear right into your heart.

Let yourself bathe in this love,

Fill it with all your body,

Let it flow through you and beyond you.

You can sit or lay down,

You can listen to this meditation during your lunch break,

First thing in the morning or last thing before going to sleep.

Let all the thoughts and worries leave your head and your body,

It is not the right time for them,

This time is only for you.

Rest your attention on your body,

Scan your body with your mind's eye,

From the top of your head till the tips of your toes.

Move from one part of the body to another one gently,

Like touching someone you really love and you care deeply about.

If you find some tension,

Make a deep breath into this part of the body and let it go.

Feel your heart beating.

What emotions do you have in your heart and in your chest area?

Don't concentrate too much on them,

Don't follow the stories of your mind,

Just acknowledge it and let it pass.

I want you to feel your core,

Your higher self,

Wherever it might be for you.

Feel the freedom,

The space within you.

Make a deep breath in.

You are loved.

You are deeply loved.

Your heart is beating in the frequency of love for yourself.

You love yourself.

You care about yourself.

You want the best for yourself.

Put your left hand on your chest and your heart area and whisper to yourself or just say it in your mind.

I love you.

I thank you.

With each natural breath in,

Say to yourself I love you.

With each breath out,

Say to yourself thank you.

I love you.

Thank you.

I love you.

Thank you.

I love you.

Thank you.

Let your heart melt under your hand.

Feel the warmth of your hand,

The warmth of your intention,

The warmth of your words.

Let them drop right into your heart.

Allow your heart to ease and soothe.

Rest your attention for a bit on your face.

Notice if there is some tension there,

Maybe between your eyebrows or in your cheeks or in your lips.

Move your jaw a little bit,

Smile or make a funny face to let the muscle tension go away.

And yes,

My friend,

You are deeply loved.

You are pure love.

No matter what is happening or not happening in your life,

No matter what you think about yourself or what other people think about you,

No matter how you feel at the moment,

No matter your health at the moment,

No matter where are you,

No matter who is or is not with you,

You are deeply loved and you can hear it somewhere in the universe.

The words that are just for yourself right now.

I love you,

I love you,

I love you.

You can remember or imagine your favorite person,

Your lover,

A parent,

A caregiver,

Your husband or wife,

Your boyfriend or girlfriend or even your pet or maybe just an image of a photo you saw somewhere whose eyes and face resonated with you.

So remember or imagine they are eyes,

Full of gentle care,

Full of love and compassion,

Looking right at you at this moment.

How does it make you feel?

Look back at them and let yourself accept their love for you.

Let it flow all over your body,

Let it grow bigger and go beyond you.

Notice what sensations you have at the moment and how good it is to see their eyes right in front of you and feel their deep love.

Feel where in your body there is tension.

You can put your hand on that part or just imagine doing that.

In your mind's eye see how this person or a pet touches you gently.

Touches your head and your hair,

Your cheeks and your shoulders.

Maybe hugs you with both arms all over your body.

You can hug them back.

You can share the love you feel for each other or deep connection or deep care and let yourself be in that love.

Feel the warmth of their hands and arms.

Try to feel their heartbeat and now yours.

Hold their hands and share this warmth.

And what words would you like to hear from them?

What do you need to hear right in this moment?

Maybe these are the words of encouragement,

The words of love.

Maybe it's a lullaby.

What would they tell you if they were right here right now?

What would you like them to say to you?

What do you need to hear right now?

Or what would you say to yourself?

Listen to their gentle voice,

To their loving words soothing your ears and you start having a smile on your face,

You are so happy to hear that and they say I love you,

I love you deeply,

With all my heart,

I deeply care about you,

You are great,

You are amazing,

I'm so glad that I know you,

I'm so happy you are a part of my life and I love you,

I love you no matter what,

I always love you.

Thank you for being here with me now,

Thank you for being a part of my life,

Thank you for being yourself,

Thank you for being you.

What else would they tell you?

What else do you want to hear?

And let all of these words and their voice melt down from the crown of your head all over your body so you are literally bathing in this frequency of love.

Let go of all the worries,

They have no matter to you right now,

They have no matter at all because you are so truly loved.

You can hug this person or this pet one more time,

Thank them for supporting you,

For loving you and you can come back to the present moment,

Feel the breath in your body,

Feel the spots where your body touches the ground,

Notice how light and soothed your body feels.

You can be in this state for as long as you want and for now I will say thank you for spending this time with me,

You are loved,

You are love.
