Hello guys!

I'm very happy to see some of you guys here.

That's a big pleasure to have you.

Good afternoon or morning,

Evening to all of you guys here.

Thank you so much for joining our live session today.

And of course,

As usual,

I would like you guys to participate in the comment section,

So it will be a two-side communication,

An interaction,

A dialogue between all of us,

Not just my speech here.

All right.

Well,

Let me mention a few words about myself.

My name is Diana.

I am a MindBodyConnection coach,

A psychosomatic specialist and a meditation teacher.

And I'm teaching here on Insight Timer for the last three years and I greatly enjoy it.

Well,

The topic of our today's event is actually Ask Me Anything.

And I decided to try this format of the event.

Maybe you guys have some questions you would like to ask or topics that you would like to discuss.

And you are very welcome to share your inquiries,

To share your thoughts,

Opinions here in the comment section.

I hope that we can have a productive conversation and firstly,

Joyful discussion.

And the main purpose of this event is to connect,

To connect to the community,

To the space that we are in,

And most importantly,

To ourselves.

And I guess if there will be not enough questions or whether you guys are not in the mood of asking or having this sort of interaction that I was and I am hoping for,

No problem.

We will just move to the final,

To the second part of our live event with a guided meditation.

So I intend to have these sort of events weekly or maybe a couple of times a week.

And whether you guys will have more questions or some specific topic that you would like to discuss in the future,

It happens.

I will just start with the guided meditation.

And as I mentioned previously,

The main purpose is connection.

Today I was thinking we can start with the connection to the most important person in our life,

To yourself and specifically to the heart.

Well,

Hopefully that we will spend this time in peace,

Tranquility,

And we will get a sense of balance and harmony by the end of our today's live event.

All right,

Guys.

If there are any thoughts on the topic of connection,

Connection to yourself or connection to your heart,

To a space probably around you,

Please share it with us.

And perhaps we can reflect on a couple of questions that might arise here.

So probably first of all,

What is a connection to yourself?

How do you guys maybe feel it or define it for yourself?

How do you know whether you are connected to yourself or maybe you are disconnected at the moment?

What is self-connection to you?

From my side,

What I believe self-connection is,

Is when,

At least for me,

When I can easily tune in into my inner world and feel and sense everything going there,

When there is this bridge between mentality and physical body that allows us to tune in and to understand what is going on inside,

To see,

To feel,

To explore the inner scenery inside of us.

So to me,

Probably I would say it is the connection between the mind and body.

That's actually what I am professionally specializing in,

The ability perhaps to feel your inner landscape.

And how I understand that I'm disconnected from myself,

It is probably and mostly when I can't get out of my head,

When I have so many thoughts probably going on,

Swirling around that it makes me worried or anxious and I can't concentrate on anything else.

I can't tune into the present moment or into my inner self and I just get lost in my thoughts.

Or on the other spectrum,

From the other side,

It's probably when there is some physical pain or a lot of discomfort that I don't even want to dive deep and to experience it even more.

I want sort of to shut it down and to lose the perception of it so it will pass and everything get back to normal.

Yeah,

That is how I probably feel disconnected from myself.

And what helps me at least to find this connection,

To establish it,

To maintain it is literally the mind-body connection.

And that's a very big topic probably for another session.

I have quite a few meditations specifically for that.

And that is an incredible,

Truly incredible tool that improves the quality of life so,

Well,

And I guess we can move to connecting to ourselves,

To the meditation that I prepared for our today's live event.

And if you're ready,

Please take a comfortable seated or lying position and allow yourself to relax,

To fully relax.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Send the air into your belly,

Relaxing all the muscles and all the organs there.

Feel how your chest rises and falls with each in and out breath.

Allow your body and your mind to settle into a state of tranquility and calm.

Be fully present in this moment,

In our space,

And postpone all the thoughts,

Worries,

Or to-do lists.

They will be there when you come back.

Imagine in your mind's eye your heart.

Feel your heartbeat.

Feel all the sensations in your chest area.

All the sensations inside and around your heart.

And imagine it radiating a vibrant green light.

Feel the gentle pulsation of energy within your heart.

A rhythmic heartbeat of life.

And just imagine,

Effortlessly and without thinking how,

Imagine your heart speaking to you.

Its voice is a gentle whisper in the depth of your being.

What is it trying to tell you?

Listen carefully.

The answer may come up as words,

Pictures,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Or sensations.

What are the heart's needs and desires?

Allow your heart to listen.

Allow yourself to receive its message with no judgment and no expectations.

And simply observe the messages that arise,

Whatever they might be.

There is no right or wrong,

Only your truth.

Your priceless truth.

Listen actively to your heart as if you were listening to a loved one.

Pay attention to the emotions that arise,

Sensations in your body and your chest area,

And the thoughts across your mind.

All these messages from your heart,

From your heart to your heart,

From your heart to your heart,

All these messages from your heart are guiding you towards a deeper understanding of yourself.

Whatever it is,

Allow it to come up and allow yourself to receive.

Continue breathing steadily,

Having no expectations and zero judgments.

Offer your heart the same love and compassion that you would offer to a dear friend.

Acknowledge its present feelings and experiences,

No matter how difficult or challenging they may be.

All you have to do is just to be with your heart effortlessly.

Offer it your full presence,

Your full attention.

And imagine sending a warm,

Healing energy of your favorite color to your heart,

Soothing its physical shape and offering the comfort.

Surround your heart with the cocoon of love and support,

Just as you would do to someone that you deeply care about.

Allow this soothing cocoon to soften your heart.

Feel how it opens up little by little,

And perhaps its voice,

Its whisper becomes a little bit louder and more clear.

Spend a few more moments here with your heart,

Simply being together.

Treat your heart and yourself with the same kindness and understanding that you would expect and that you would extend to others.

And deeply believe that you are worthy of love and compassion more than anyone else.

Feel the love that is sent to your heart and that grows from your heart right now.

Allow it to ease your physical experience,

Your emotions,

And your thoughts.

Allow your heart to stay open for a little bit longer without forcing anything,

But rather allowing it to happen.

And express gratitude for your heart,

This incredible part of you that pumps life through your veins.

Acknowledge its wisdom,

Its ability to guide you towards what is truly important and truly matters.

Say thanks to your heart,

Maybe just in your mind or whispering gently to yourself.

Thank you.

Thank you for simply being here,

For taking care of me,

For being the light and the guide.

Your heart is a source of intuition,

A compass that points you in the right direction.

It never lies,

No matter how hard the truth may be.

And accept the importance of listening to your heart's desires and following them.

How can you honor your heart right now?

How can you express love to your heart?

Honor your heart by attending its needs,

Nurturing its well-being,

And let it guide you on your life's journey,

Reminding you what truly matters.

Spend a few moments here just savoring the feeling of connection and understanding that you've developed a strong connection to your heart.

Feel the sense of peace and tranquility that comes from being connected and listening to its wisdom.

Remember to listen to your heart every single day and follow its guidance and honor its wishes.

Let your heart to be your compass.

It will lead you to a more fulfilling and authentic life.

And as you slowly come back from this meditation and continue with your day,

Be mindful of your heart's messages.

Pay attention to your emotions,

Your intuition,

And the desires that arise within you.

Trust in your heart's wisdom and allow it to light your path.

You may take a deeper breath,

And when it feels comfortable,

Fully arrive in the here and now,

Opening your eyes and perhaps stretching.

So,

That it helped you connect to yourself.
