Welcome to this relaxing 5 minute meditation session.
I am so glad that you're here.
It's important to take a few moments,
Especially when you're under stress,
To just breathe and be grateful for your breath.
How simple it is.
Breathe in a deep long inhale and just focus on how the air is hitting your nostrils and how your belly is rising.
Be grateful for this moment right now that you have to relax.
As you exhale,
Release all anxiety,
Any depression,
Any negative thought or emotion.
Feel it being released from your energy field.
Feel it floating away,
Being completely separate from you and who you are at your core.
If you follow your breath and follow my voice for just this moment,
Remind yourself you are safe.
Everything is fine and you have nothing to worry about.
Just relax as you breathe in.
Be grateful for the gift of life,
For the gift of life force energy that you have right now.
The gift of freedom,
The gift of loving yourself and loving this moment exactly as it is.
If your mind wanders,
Just focus back on your breath.
Know that you're safe.
Know that you're relaxed.
Tell yourself you are fine and you can handle this moment.
Let go of any worry.
Let go of any doubt.
It does not serve you.
It does not bring about your highest self.
Your potential is strong and you can use your energy to be happy,
To accept things and to change the moment in front of you by changing how you look at it.
Don't be worried.
Don't be stressed.
Whatever is happening is happening anyway.
Release the worry.
Release the doubt.
Release the stress.
Release the tension.
It does not serve you and you are worthy to accept the moment in front of you as it is.
Be grateful for the ability to turn things around,
To change your reaction,
To change your response,
And to just be present and do the best you can.
You are at peace.
You are free.
Emotions come and go and you can handle them all.
You at your true nature are a blessing to this world and you can get in touch with your best and highest self just by being still and cultivating acceptance,
Love,
Forgiveness,
And gratitude.
Bring your attention to your body now and notice any sensations,
Notice any tension,
And release it.
Just let go and feel the ground beneath you,
Wherever your body is touching.
Feel the safety and the comfort in this.
You are grounded.
You are connected to Mother Earth.
You are safe.
You are loved.
And you're alive.
Breathe in deeply one more time and breathe in a new strength.
Breathe in a promise to yourself to show up as your best self moving forward.
Look behind you and notice the anxiety is all the way back there,
So far from your energy field.
And you are free.
Enjoy the moment in front of you for whatever it has to offer.
When you do this,
Everything's okay.
And as you feel into your body again,
Perhaps wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
Feel your eyelashes and eyelids.
Breathe,
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
