How do you take what has happened and allow it to become an even greater source of healing? How do you reconcile the past? Healing is possible. It is necessary if you want to truly release past hurts and wounds. It is the beautiful reckoning of one's experiences that become the complete understanding of yourself. A true reckoning of a spiritual nature is the incredible willingness you hold to learn from what has happened, the experiences you've lived, the memories that continue to surface - all in the clear knowing that there is a trenchant path - a sacred calling - a distinct journey that begins the healing. How do you reconcile the past?

How do you make peace with what happened and to the choices you made accordingly?

Regret?

Self-reproach?

Remorse?

These may be muted experiences.

A true reckoning of a spiritual nature is the incredible willingness you hold to learn from what has happened,

The experiences you've lived,

The memories that continue to surface,

All in the clear knowing that there is a trenchant path,

A sacred calling,

A distinct journey that begins the healing.

It is when you have opened a door to the past,

To any situation that has been difficult,

That has been painful,

That has caused or contributed to your suffering,

With a mirror of both sensitivity and promise,

And the recognition that there too have been parts of what has happened that you have been responsible for.

Settled in for the acknowledgement of your choices,

Your actions,

Even if they were at the time necessary,

In those moments,

And as long as they were not out of a reckless need to hurt another.

These choices may have created more suffering of a different nature,

Even as you may have chosen what you needed in that moment.

It matters that you continue to self-reflect,

To examine,

To ease the ground of forgiveness,

For there will be a deeper perspective in which to find true healing and grace beyond all that has happened.

In love and willingness,

You make the impossible possible.

You find a deeper space for healing and resurrection to flow.

The passage of time is but one entry point.

Honor the grace of perspective from being in this different time and space.

Honor the understanding that you feel as you look in again.

The greatest help you give yourself is to observe where you are each and every moment,

And towards the truth of what lives here.

A means to understanding is the passage,

The miracles you held,

The past experiences that shaped your lived world reality,

To understand from which was a real threat and what were the learned behaviors that kept you hostage.

A spiritual reckoning is not a solitary event.

It is a tapestry spread wide,

Enveloping the fatal flaws that draw upon us a life we continue to self-correct.

For there is no human being that passes through time without the clear conditions of important situations.

The bounds of reckoning are the opportunity we have in this lifetime to make sense of our experiences in a way that frees us from blame.

Instead,

The greater understanding of how your experiences serve to define your newly engaged strengths.

The prism through pain and suffering that catapults you into a variation of yourself,

Now more willfully strong,

More nourished in self-love and the pivotal grace of life's moments that you are no longer afraid of.

The journey of healing is the journey of change,

Of self-evolution and personal growth into wholeness.

It is how you show up in the remarkable grace of yourself.

To find true healing is to return to the true self.

The core of what you are in the absence of what hurt and trauma you have known.

Who is the true self?

Are you fearless?

Are you confident?

Are you kind and loving?

Do you value and love yourself simply as you are?

Do you walk knowingly a path of honor and pure measure and even when no one is looking?

What is the reasonable goodness that calls you forth What is the greater position and purpose of your life that holds you near?

Do you wish to unlearn the programming of your earlier life?

Do you wish to convey the true brilliance you are?

And in all moments,

Confidently,

Successfully,

Because this is your true and authentic self.

What do you need to reconcile?

To boundlessly reckon.

To live unapologetically.

Because you are this brilliant being seeking to live as so.

The bounds of reckoning are the limitless ways in which healing is possible.

As you first prepare to look,

To see everything with a new lens of clarity and the possibilities for uncloaking what is not yours to carry.

These are the healing conditions we all have access to.

The bounds of reckoning are limitless.

They are within your reach.

As always,

I invite you to reach out to me directly if you would like my help.

Thank you so much for listening.

This is Dorothy Sonorye Juno.

Namaste.
