This is a guided meditation for finding a moment to deepen your relationship with your breath in order to move into a gentle,

Loving connection with yourself and find a space of inner peace.

Let's start with five deep and gentle breaths together.

With each breath,

We're going to gently inhale and hold for a count of five seconds at the top of the breath.

Let's begin.

One.

Fully inhale positive energy.

Five.

And as you exhale,

Gently let go of your breath.

Two.

Inhaling and experience a goodness.

And five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

And exhaling into a sense of relaxation.

Three.

Inhaling your own self-acceptance and inviting it to expand within you.

Five,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale any judgment.

Four,

Inhaling a deep experience of health and clarity.

Pause and hold.

And let's exhale into serenity.

And one more gentle breath in,

Fully inhaling desire and achievement.

And as you pause,

Inviting the oxygen to expand and tend to your mind and your body,

And exhale into a sense of complete relaxation.

Imagine you are letting go of all concerns from your daily life as you invite your breath to return to a gentle,

Soothing cadence.

This is a new opportunity for deepening your relationship with yourself when faced with worries and concerns.

Whenever worry or concerns present themselves,

Simply take in five full,

Deep breaths,

Holding at the top of each inhalation for five seconds,

And imagining that you're exhaling out any concerns or fears that you hold in your mind or your body.

And when you take in your last breath,

Imagine you are breathing in courage and strength.

And as you release,

Notice that you are letting go any concern and inviting yourself into a state of deep relaxation.

For some of us,

Relaxation does not come easily.

Sometimes it's even hard to imagine the experience of feeling calm or at peace.

Yet,

Peacefulness is an inherent part of ourself.

And sometimes our brain and our body just need to be reminded that it exists.

Imagine now that you're breathing in a deep sense of peaceful calm.

Notice the colors of your unique experience of peacefulness.

And continue to exhale and release any lingering tension.

Breathing in calm.

And exhaling into a deeper sense of relaxation and self-connection.

Beautiful.

And as we bring this exercise to a gentle close,

Remember self-connection exists within your breath.

And as we breathe in and connect to ourselves,

We can release that which does not serve us.

And your breath is always with you.
