Do you ever catch yourself doubting your abilities, questioning whether you deserve your achievements, or worrying that others might “find you out”? These are the familiar signs of the inner imposter — a part of the mind that creates feelings of self-doubt and inadequacy. Far from being a personal flaw, these experiences are surprisingly common among thoughtful, capable people, and can quietly undermine confidence, increase stress, and hold us back from opportunities we might otherwise embrace. In this 7-part course, you’ll learn how to recognise the imposter as just one voice within you, rather than the whole story of who you are. With mindfulness, acceptance and compassion, you’ll discover practical ways to ease self-criticism, respond more kindly when doubt appears, and reconnect with your values and strengths. The aim is not to silence or fight against the imposter, but to meet it with understanding and care — befriending this part of you so it no longer holds the same power, and creating space to step forward with balance, confidence and ease.
