Welcome to this mantra meditation.

So to begin with,

Let's just take some time now to settle into where you are right now.

Taking some time to just settle into your posture,

Whether you're sitting or lying down.

Just tuning into whatever feels most comfortable for you right here,

Right now.

And gently focusing your attention to the breath.

And deepening the inhalations.

And slowly exhaling.

So deep inhalation.

And slow and steady exhalations.

Continue now with this kind of breathing.

To help you settle.

And let go gently of any thoughts or physical feelings.

Continuing with a deep inhalation.

And a slow exhalation.

This kind of breathing pattern.

Very calming for the nervous system.

Just noticing what that's like.

To take a deep inhalation.

And then a very slow exhalation.

Just noticing the letting go.

The easing of any tensions,

Mental or physical.

And so here we will tune into a mantra meditation.

The mantra being Om Shanti Om.

Om Shanti Om.

A mantra for peace and relaxation and calmness.

So in a moment you will hear the bell.

And we'll start with the repeating of Om Shanti Om.

Just mentally repeating this mantra.

And any time you find yourself distracted with thoughts or feelings or physical sensations or anything else that you notice,

Anything else that grabs your attention.

And just gently returning your focus to mentally repeating Om Shanti Om.

Om Shanti Om.

Om Shanti Om.

So I will keep a track of the time.

And this will be a 15 minute mantra meditation.
