Place your hands over your beautiful beating heart.
It's time to stop being overly critical of you.
Breathe in,

This heart of yours,

This mind of yours is worthy and deserving of love always.
Begin to turn down the volume of your inner critic and turn up the volume of your inner friend.
Be gentle with you.
You are doing the best you can.
You are doing way better than you think.
Breathe in slow,
Let it go,
All the negativity toward you,
Feel it float away on the exhale.
Exhale,
Let it go.
You cannot hate yourself toward anything.
Return back to love,
Self-kindness,
Encouragement and acceptance.
Gently tell your inner critic to step aside and bring forward your inner friend,
Your truth,
Your true essence.
Tell yourself something you've been waiting to hear.
Let it come from the voice of your inner friend.

Imagine an older version of you.
Imagine how this version of you would feel if they knew that you were hard on yourself throughout your entire life,
If they knew that you let your inner critic get the best of you every day.
Now imagine how this version of you would feel knowing that you prioritized your relationship with you and you chose love,
You chose to be your own best friend.
Imagine how light and free this version of you would feel,
How proud this version of you would feel.
You are worthy of looking back and knowing that you were in partnership with you.
You are worthy of looking back and feeling your own love.
Breathe in slow,
Let it go.
So let it begin today.
