Timer Yeah,

So when you are observing your sensations in Satipatthana,

You're not reacting.

What?

Who is knowing that there are sensations?

You are in the door and who is not reacting?

It means that the knower is not jumping into the mind and judging,

Oh I like this sensation,

I don't like the sensation.

You jump into the mind to do that.

When you're not reacting,

You're simply the knower.

So Satipatthana is the closed eye practice of Advaita.

Advaita is the open eye practice of Satipatthana.

Yeah,

But the end goal,

End goal of us is to bring this into open eye daily routine.

So we have to do both the practices.

Yes,

Because that is where you get your grounding and here you get your experience of bringing this grounding into open eye daily routine.

Yeah,

Great.

Thank you so much.

Thank you.
