During advanced stages of meditation,
Our mind fuses with our soul,
And we lose touch with our body,
Leaving it behind as we ascend the connection of the Divine Spark within us.
This connection is different for every person.
The soul of every human being is unique,
Sent to this world for a specific reason,
Calibrated to perfection as a critical part of all of creation,
An essential part in this journey of existence.
As such,
The meditative experience of the connection of the soul is different for each person.
During today's meditation,
Allow your soul to guide you.
It knows how to navigate the light that connects it with the Creator.
The four levels of your soul aren't just abstract,
Independent layers,
Each containing a closer and more direct connection to the Source of All.
They interact and complete each other as well.
In a meditative state,
These four levels can be experienced,
And by doing this,
Their light can be experienced as well.
Today's meditation is about experiencing the light of your soul.
This spiritual light is not something you can touch with your body or feel with your emotions.
It is the deep connection to the Divine that is the source of this light,
And by meditating again and again on this connection,
You will be able to further and deepen your experience with this light.
It is a journey,
A relationship,
That can serve as your refuge from the troubles and anxieties of everyday life.
In the embrace of the Divine,
There are truly no worries at all.
Let us begin.
Please find a place where you can meditate without being interrupted or disturbed.
Settle in,
Close your eyes,
And begin breathing deeply and evenly.
Relax your body and mind.
Consciously sink into the material beneath you.
You are perfectly safe where you are,
And you can completely let go of any anxieties or fears you may have been struggling with today.
This is your time to spend alone with yourself,
Your soul,
And the Divine.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly,
Further relaxing your body,
Calming your mind,
And bringing your soul to the forefront of your existence.
Its warmth beginning to radiate forth in slow,
Gentle waves,
Bringing you closer and closer to a state of deep meditation.
Please find a place where you can meditate without being disturbed or disturbed.

Consciously sink into the material beneath you.
Your body is your body,
Your body only,
Without life,
Without mind,
Without soul.
Just the empty shell of your body,
The trillions of cells that constitute your physical existence,
Exactly where they need to be,
But without life,
An engine without fuel,
Or a computer without power.
Leave your consciousness focused solely on the physical aspect of your life.
Every molecule of yours frozen in place,
Every subatomic particle in complete stasis,
Unable to move without Divine life.
Continue meditating on this for a short while.
Right now,
At this moment,
Your entire existence is yearning for life.
It is experiencing the void of the Divine connection to the Source of All,
The root of the life of every cell in your body.
Take a deep breath.
Now slowly experience the light of your nephesh,
The first level of your soul,
Flow into you from your head downwards.
Feel the warmth of the love of the Infinite Source flow into your bloodstream,
And as this light reaches your heart,
You feel an exquisite radiance of Divine light fill every artery and vein of yours with life.
It continues spreading throughout your body,
Into every organ,
Cell and particle,
Until it settles at the midpoint of your torso,
Above your liver,
The center of your nephesh.
You experience your body come to life.
It spreads from this point into your hips,
Thighs and legs,
The harmony of your physical existence balanced with the Divine.
Experience the gratitude of the gift of life,
A gift that begins at the subatomic level,
With every particle of matter experiencing a connection to the Divine,
The Source of its life.
As this light fills your body with its warmth,
You continue meditating on your nephesh,
Recognizing its light as the Source of your life.
Now,
Slowly clear your mind and then center it onto the midpoint of your heart,
Beating steadily inside your chest.
Allow it to linger there for a few moments and then slowly clear your heart and mind of all emotions you may be feeling at this time.
If you are experiencing anxiety,
Pain or discomfort,
Try and remove them from your consciousness for just a few minutes.
But also,
If you are feeling happy or excited,
Try and allow those as well to slip away from your mind for this portion of the meditation.
Slowly remove from your consciousness any emotion,
Leaving your heart and mind in complete stillness.
Breathe in deeply and then experience the light of your ruach slowly entering your mind from above,
The brilliant Divine light of its connection to the Source of all fill your mind's eye with radiating light.
As this light reaches your heart,
You feel it rapidly expand in all directions,
Down your right and left arms,
Balancing them in exquisite perfection at the center of your heart.
Your ruach is the midpoint of all of you at the crossroads of left and right,
Of giving and holding back,
Of loving and withholding,
But also of up and down,
Of physical and metaphysical,
Of the Divine and the mundane.
As you experience your ruach manifest itself throughout your consciousness,
You feel your nephesh surround your ruach from all sides,
As the two levels of your soul slowly fuse themselves together,
Your ruach and your nephesh,
An indivisible union of Divine life.
You feel your nephesh surround your ruach from all sides,

Your ruach and your nephesh,
An indivisible union of Divine life.
Slowly,
Clear your mind of conscious thought.
Allow a complete void to envelop your mind,
Gently clearing your consciousness from the inside out,
Starting at the center of your brain,
Outwards.
The point of your mind coming together is at the base of your brain,
At the location where both lobes of your brain meet.
From this point outwards,
Allow this void to slowly spread in all directions,
Leaving your mind in its own vacuum,
As complete stillness overtakes your existence.
You continue meditating in the stillness of your mind,
As you begin to experience an awakening from beyond,
A part of your very own soul reaching down.
This is your nishama,
The third level of your soul,
The life force of your intellect and the conduit to what lies beyond time and space.
The light of your nishama flows into your mind,
Filling your brain with radiating Divine light,
The life of your intellect reawakened and rejuvenated.
Take a deep breath,
As your meditation on your nishama intensifies,
You feel your nishama reach down into your ruach and nephesh and elevate them to it,
Surrounding itself with them.
Your nishama,
Within your ruach,
Surrounded by your nephesh,
The very essence of everything you are.
Your mind,
Your heart and your body,
Your intellect,
Your emotions and your physical existence,
United in perfect harmony and balance.
As this union envelops your mind and soul,
You experience a brilliant flash of light flow into your mind from the infinity that is the source of all,
Entering your mind,
Heart and body.
In an instant,
You feel the unity of your soul extend into the infinity that lies beyond you,
Above you and within you,
Becoming one with the unity of all.
Continue meditating on this unity,
The three layers of your soul,
Their light fused into one,
Connected with the eternal creator.
As your meditation on the light of your soul enters its deepest state,
You begin to experience a new light coming from beyond you,
A light so exquisitely bright it cannot be perceived by any but the innermost portions of your mind and soul.
It is as if this light tries to enter your mind but cannot find a place to remain for long due to its radiating brightness and so it leaves you again,
Remaining as an aura above your mind.
This is your Chaya,
The fourth and highest level of your soul you can experience.
The light of the Chaya is the source of the divine life of your Nefesh,
Ruach and Nishama.
It is this aspect of your soul that gives life to everything else in your existence.
Invest in deeply.
Meditate on this light but acknowledge that any experience of the light of your Chaya is at first fleeting in nature because of the intensely spiritual nature of this level of your soul.
Allow your mind to slowly approach it,
Flow into it and recognize it as the source of the unification of your Nefesh,
Ruach and Nishama.
Virtually within the limits you have You You When nothing else exists but the infinite singularity of the source of all When the self and ego are completely eliminated It is then that the highest radiance is experienced It is here that balance converges into one Where the root of all of life is assembled into one source Leave your ego behind Reach out and allow your higher to lift you into its embrace the source of all three layers of your soul converging into one and experience the merging of your existence with the root of all the eternal creator One with the light of your soul You You You We are approaching the end of this meditation Begin breathing deeply and evenly and Give yourself as much time as you need to allow your mind to return to your body and the present Do this until you feel you have returned completely You I Thank you for joining me today The experience of the light of our soul is an exhilarating uplifting experience unlike anything else in life I Hope you found this meditation helpful in this journey My name is Eliezer may peace be with you
