
2-minute Inner Safety And Courage Meditation
This is an important meditation to do before the new year. It’s a love letter of gratitude to this past year, with a deep acknowledgement of what this year has given you and the opportunity to set intentions. The person who is fulfilled isn’t necessarily the person who has everything. The person who is fulfilled notices what they have and appreciates it. At any moment of our adult lives, we have the things that could make us happy in that moment. We end this practice with a self-compassion practice: the intention that you be connected, fulfilled, and with love in your heart
