Once we release ourselves from blame, we feel happier in our own skin. In this heart-centered practice, you'll release the grudges you have against yourself. We will also make physical contact with the heart, as you send yourself unconditional compassion and support. Releasing oneself from blame is freedom.

Closing your eyes,

And if it feels comfortable,

Put a hand at your heart,

Feel the hand there,

And say to yourself,

I blame myself for absolutely nothing.

I don't blame this heart for anything.

Feel into that hand,

Feel into your beating heart,

And say,

I release myself from blame entirely.

I support myself.

I support this beating heart unconditionally.

Feeling the freedom,

The ease,

The settledness,

That I am here for myself just as I am.

I support myself in this moment.

And I support every past and future version of myself also.

Feel that hand go up and down with the breath,

And release the hand.

Stay with the intention of being unconditionally on your own side.

And take a deep breath in.

Take a deep breath out through the mouth.

Place your hands back down,

And you can listen for the sound of the bell.
