Eloise Bonel is a Mastery Method–Certified Transformational Coach. Her work focuses on guiding people toward living with greater intention, joy, and connection. With over a decade of experience, she has guided thousands of students and clients to feel more confident, grounded, and capable of creating experiences that reflect their deepest desires and authentic truth. Her approach includes somatic awareness, emotional processing, mindset, and behavioural change. In this 5-day course on intentional living, Eloise draws from her signature frameworks and real-world experience to guide participants toward greater presence, purpose, and joy. Her intention is to create a supportive space where each person can slow down, tune in, and consciously shape the way they move through the world one aligned choice at a time.

This lesson includes a simple daily practice to help you return to your breath throughout the day, reconnect with your body, and regulate your emotional state. As you work with your breath, you’ll begin to notice greater grounding, clearer thinking, and a softer internal environment.

In this lesson, you’ll explore how much of life is shaped by autopilot patterns, conditioning, expectations, and roles you’ve unconsciously taken on. You’ll be invited to reconnect with your ability to choose how you show up — rather than reacting from habit or pressure. This session guides you to select one intentional way of being for the week and reflect on how to embody it in real-life situations. This deepens self-awareness, strengthens alignment, and helps you build a life that feels like your own.

In Lesson 3, we reframe self-care from something external or aesthetic into something foundational and internal. You’ll learn how depletion impacts your emotional state, why resentment and reactivity often arise, and how small, consistent acts of care rebuild trust and capacity within yourself. This lesson includes practical ideas for simple self-care moments you can implement immediately, helping you shift from running on empty to reconnecting with your inner resources. These small acts become anchors for resilience, steadiness, and presence.

Rediscovering The Present Moment

This lesson focuses on presence — the practice of returning to the moment you are actually living. You’ll explore why the mind constantly revisits the past or leaps into the future, and how this creates stress, worry, or disconnection. Through a simple grounding exercise, you’ll learn how to quickly return to your body, senses, and the here-and-now. This restores calm, clarity, and emotional regulation. This practice is ideal for moments of anxiety, overwhelm, or mental spiralling, and helps deepen your connection with the life unfolding in real time.

Finding Joy Every Single Day

In this final lesson, you’ll discover how joy becomes accessible when you slow down, become present, and reconnect with yourself. Rather than relying on big or rare experiences, this session guides you to recognise quiet, everyday joy — the small, nourishing moments that already exist in your life. You’ll be invited to create your own joy list and intentionally connect with at least one joyful moment today. This practice helps you end the journey with a renewed sense of appreciation, aliveness, and emotional richness, and provides a sustainable way to continue living intentionally long after the course ends.
