This is a very easy meditation. With a pleasant Babbling Brook background you will easily relax your body. Even if this is your first meditation, you will enjoy it and deeply relax since the guidance is simple and without concepts. Give yourself five minutes and unwind.

We are going to experience a simple but powerful meditation.

A straightforward way to relax and let go completely.

So make sure to get comfortable and to slowly close your eyes.

Focus on your breathing.

And observe how the air comes in and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Good!

You now notice a beautiful and gentle warm energy that is starting to fill up your head.

First your scalp.

Then your forehead.

Notice how all the muscles of your face are relaxing.

Notice how your jaw just wants to hang,

So make sure to allow it.

And notice all of the muscles of your neck relaxing.

Good!

This gentle energy continues going down your physical body.

Relaxing your shoulders,

Your arms,

Hands and fingers.

Noticing your torso,

Your back,

Your tummy area and your hip completely healed.

And completely relaxed.

You are joyful because you feel that this energy empowers you.

And this energy heals you.

Notice how this energy keeps going down.

Filling up your legs,

Your knees,

Your lower legs.

Feet and toes.

Good!

Take a deep breath.

And as you exhale,

Notice that you are in a perfect state of relaxation.

If you desire,

You can just stay still and enjoy this state.

But if you want to relax the mind,

You notice there is a beautiful box right next to you.

Visualize that for every thought that flows to your mind,

That goes straight into the box.

You may take a deep breath for every thought that you want to do this.

And realize that for every thought,

For every time,

You'll go deeper and deeper in relaxation and healing.

Allow yourself to have.

And to stay for as long as you need.
