Many of us were never taught how to be with our emotions. Instead, we learned to suppress them, avoid them, judge them, or push them away. In this gentle, trauma-informed guided meditation, I invite you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and practice welcoming your feelings with curiosity and compassion rather than resistance. Together, we'll explore how to: • Ground yourself using simple anchor points • Safely connect with emotions without becoming overwhelmed • Notice the thoughts and beliefs that may be surrounding your feelings • Return to a place of presence, regulation, and inner trust If this meditation supported you, I'd love to hear about your experience in the comments. Your reflections may also encourage someone else on their healing journey. If you need support in navigating your grief, I have a course on InsightTimer, titled "Opening a Gateway to Grief". Music: “Our Peaceful Ocean" composed by Music Of Wisdom; licensed.
