I invite you now to take these few minutes only for yourself,
Switch off any distractions and create a space where you can feel safe,
Grounded and supported.
Sitting comfortably with your back straight,
You can keep your feet on the ground or you can also cross your legs,
Softening your jaw,
Your facial muscles,
Relaxing your shoulders and connecting back with your breath.
We are breathing all the time,
24x7,
But the quality of the breath is often very poor,
Very short and shallow.
So for these next few minutes,
With love and with awareness,
Start breathing a little bit deeper.
Exhale through your mouth as you are letting go of any inner tension or stiffness.
Inhale longer through your nose as your belly,
Your ribs and your lungs are expanding.
Following this natural flow of your breath in and out,
In and out.
Feeling your body in this space,
Notice how is your body sitting,
Notice the position of your body with your mind's eye,
With your inner awareness.
And then using the breath consciously,
Relax,
Release tension from any part that feels stiff or uncomfortable,
Create more space to just be.
And then noticing your mind,
Being aware of any thoughts that keep coming and going,
Noticing if these thoughts stay or they keep moving.
And just observe without attaching yourself to any of them,
Without going too deep into any of them,
Just observe and let them be.
Breathing deeply,
Invite peace into your mind and breathe out longer,
Letting all these thoughts to just slowly melt away.
And now noticing your emotions,
Be aware if right now do you feel any emotions in your body and if so,
Where are they situated?
And just be aware of it without identifying yourself with any of these emotions.
So when you feel sadness,
It doesn't mean that all of you is sad,
It's just a part of you that is experiencing sadness.
Same with anger,
Same with frustration.
But through all of that you can stay present and peaceful.
That makes a big difference.
And then being aware of your energy,
Your energy field is as big as when you open your arms and all the space around you.
Notice if you are feeling any energy within you and just observe.
Breathing deeply,
As you breathe deeper,
You are making more space for these energies to flow,
To fluctuate through you.
And consciously inviting more energy of peace,
The loving and healing energies.
They are always here within you,
Just need to activate them.
And stay here for a few more breaths,
Just connecting to your energy centers.
And now,
As you've gone through feeling your physical body,
Your mental body,
Your emotional and energetic body,
It's time to just stay here and be with your bliss body,
With your soul,
Most powerful space within you.
So stay here with awareness,
Expanding the space of your soul and enjoying just being here and now.
Beautiful.
Now as you take the last three deep breaths here,
Breathe deeper,
Re-center yourself.
Feel the sit bones connected to the earth underneath you.
And just know that you can always,
Always come back to this space.
Your strength and your power lies in your awareness.
And as long as you are aware,
You can stay peaceful in whatever situation that comes.
