Our master used to say that we should live life with wisdom.

So wisdom is the result of coming from the intellect.

But the Eastern wisdom that is what we say the knowledge is an instrument of knowledge that discovers our real nature.

Now understand I am just giving you I remember recall one beautiful metaphor.

So Eastern wisdom is an instrument of knowledge that helps us to discover our real nature.

And that real nature is always full of peace,

Happiness,

Love,

Truth and wisdom.

Now Eastern wisdom as such with all their principles and the knowledge is known as the mother of intellect.

You see the metaphor you'll be amazed to see their level of genius.

So how the mother treats the baby when they are born and as they grow up?

Not this.

Why you are putting everything into your mouth?

Leave it is.

We know we have that knowledge and who is the father then?

Father is the existence.

Now see the metaphor existence the entire existence is the father that offers us an opportunity to evolve.

Whether you have problem you can evolve.

You have pleasure you can evolve.

So who teaches that?

How to evolve Eastern wisdom to whom it teaches to our intellect.

What is that intellect to the Eastern wisdom?

Baby to the mother.

We were babies so we used to put everything into our mouths.

So the intellect takes everything into the mouth whatever comes from the mind.

And that is the problem.

Before going further understand another concept principle.

So we say in Sanskrit.

Janaati ichshati karoti janaati knowledge know it means acquire the right knowledge from home.

What is the instrument of right knowledge?

Intellect.

Janaati that is the first word second word is ichshati.

Ichshati means desire where the desire pops up in the mind and then karoti then act on it.

Janaati ichshati karoti know what is the what is exactly is the journey of meditation.

Meditation is just closing your eyes focus on the breath.

Getting to this beard guy getting bored.

No that is not the knowledge of meditation.

Meditation reveals the knowledge of reality.

Once we keep the right knowledge in the mind in the intellect.

Now what the mind says.

Oh I have been stressed let me relax.

Meditation is a byproduct of meditation.

You don't have the right knowledge so you pursue the wrong knowledge.

Mind says okay let us relax.

So you relax for five minutes and after a few hours again the anxiety and the reaction and the stress returns.

Do you see that the role of intellect mind desires you are acting on it.

So what happened in this case the mind took over the intellect or you can say you are pursuing the wrong knowledge.

Clear so when you pursue the wrong knowledge the mind says okay let us relax close your eyes.

I am relaxed.

What a beautiful meditation.

After a few minutes again we are in stress.

Our goal is not to discover the reality.

Today is the last day of this year so I thought better to put it.

Now keep in your mind knowledge of reality.

When you have that knowledge of reality then what happens all the time then the intellect says to the mind follow it.

So you have a desire to know my real nature.

Otherwise what the mind sees?

Mind says get some pleasure that is okay.

That is what our life is pleasure pain fear expectations every day you see that this is what the linear movement of the mind.

Meditation takes us to the multi-dimensional because Michelle is a researcher and a scientist so I have to speak something of scientific manner.

So meditation takes us to multi-dimensional consciousness whose attributes is truth knowledge that is based on.

Now just pick up the two only.

Can truth be present with the wrong knowledge?

And if the truth is not there then you cannot be in peace and happiness.

Without right knowledge can there be truth?

And without truth can there be knowledge?

We are listening lot of things you know alternative truth feud words nowadays in our country.

I'm not going there but in this context think of it think of it.

Just now see the other part of it.

Intellect has a right knowledge then it has the truth.

Now intellect and the action if they go together bypassing the mind that is causing the anxiety duality and suffering you are bound to discover the reality.

Am I clear?

I'm just talking of these principles of Eastern wisdom.

Now if the mind dictates the intellect on one hand intellect says okay if you're asking me to eat pasta again and again and again and again let me eat it.

Habitual,

Any habit,

Any impulse?

Why don't you listen to me?

You know that this expression also becomes my habit coming from the mind dominating the intellect.

Should I tell you another secret?

Once you maintain that awareness of the secret the life will be full of joy.

This knowledge is like a person who is handicapped,

Who cannot move,

Who cannot take a step.

Both the legs are paralyzed.

Knowledge doesn't move anywhere.

Knowledge is knowledge.

Did you understand?

And action practice or action in our life is blind.

It's a person who is blind,

Who cannot see it.

Because it cannot see it you have to put the knowledge into an action into the practice to succeed in meditation.

My master used to tell a story that there were two people.

One was blind but he has good legs,

He can walk and the other person was handicapped but he has perfect eyes.

So what he did?

Those the guy who has a perfect eyes he sat on the shoulder of the person who is blind but have perfect legs.

That is the journey of knowledge and practice.

That is why I always do gossip every time we meet.

That means I invoke those principles so that you understand you have a right knowledge so that the mind which is moving with the wrong knowledge,

Wrong ideas,

Wrong notion that should drop.

So the right knowledge and the action and the practice go together and we succeed.

So what is this wrong knowledge?

The mind through the sense organ by default creates likes and dislikes.

And that likes and dislikes causes the attachment.

So the first factor is object,

Any object.

Second factor is attachment and detachment.

So that attachment is there what happens?

The mind has a desire.

Now the intellect is not there the mind is there.

The mind is continuously desiring,

The intellect does not pass on the right knowledge so this desire pushes the mind on one hand,

Pushes the intellect on one hand and our hands,

Our feet,

Our tongue,

Their motor organs come on,

Come into action,

Realize this desire.

But intellect as a baby given knowledge by the Eastern wisdom that happiness is outside.

Mind says no it is in pasta.

For example,

I give all kinds of pleasure is pasta.

You see that?

Understand that point very important.

So the mind says no pleasure is in the object outside,

In a person outside or maybe in the honey outside.

Anything,

Maybe physical pleasure,

Pleasure from food or pleasure for having accumulating the wealth.

Is it right knowledge?

Is the happiness in the pasta?

So intellect is not invoked.

So the mind says come on take that action.

Mind takes the action,

We get a pleasure for some time we forget it.

What is this known as the fourth factor?

Object,

Attachment,

Desire.

So how do you explain that?

The mind claims that the pleasure is in pasta,

It is not.

It appears true but it is not.

It is the delusion.

This is what we say the fourth factor is the delusion.

And before that let us take another two more factors.

So if I'm attached to you,

I am seeking pleasure in you.

So that is pleasure.

And if I dislike you,

I want to keep a distance.

So that is what our master says anxiety,

Hesitation,

Anger,

Etc.

So object,

Attachment or detachment,

Then desire,

Then anger or anxiety or if I like pasta again and again there is a sense of greed.

And then comes the delusion.

After the delusion what happens?

Can you think of it?

I am in delusions.

I come to your house and you offer me chicken and I say I like pasta.

We have one million expression like this.

You go to a friend,

A friend asks,

What a guy.

No you are very good.

You see both expression comes from the mind because right knowledge is not there.

So what happens?

Then my mind lives with that wrong knowledge,

Wrong notion,

Wrong idea that this guy is a crazy.

What I have to do with you are crazy.

Let the mind be clear.

Let the mind be clear and clean.

Today is the last year,

Last day of the year.

That's why I'm talking a little deeper.

So what happens?

That wrong perception,

Wrong notion,

Wrong knowledge takes over the intellect completely and the knowledge is destroyed.

And when that right knowledge is not there with me,

Then what happens?

Suffering,

Suffering and suffering.

Freedom,

Pain,

Pleasure.

Now how it is possible?

Just see one example,

The same thing.

The mind is craving for pasta,

You don't give pasta.

So is the pleasure is present in the pasta?

Or the pain is given to you by the pasta?

No,

It comes from inside me.

These eight factors destroys our life.

We have to destroy all these eight factors to discover the beauty of our life.

That is why we practice meditation.

You see that?

Pick up this.

So John was saying,

I like it because you talk of through the reasoning.

Without reasoning,

The intellect cannot be made pure.

But reasoning in a proper direction with reference to the principle.

Intellect is able to separate what is wrong knowledge and what is right knowledge.

And then pass on that knowledge to the mind.

Then practice every step,

Every practice will take you to the higher and the higher step.

Intellect,

It destroys the intellect.

Our master says that once we live into that delusion,

See another way for a few minutes and then we'll do the practice.

Normally we hear from the young younger generation when we were young,

Sweet 16,

We already have this.

I love that guy.

I have a what we say,

I have a crush on him or her.

So now think of the right knowledge.

Is the crush coming from the sense or?

Does the sense organ,

My eye goes to that person whom I have a crush?

Eyes remain as it is.

Eyes are neutral.

Neutral means what?

Eyes changes the object,

Having the name and the shape and the color.

Eyes are neutral.

Same thing,

All the five sense organs of knowledge are totally detached.

Now see that.

We start the journey because you are attached.

That's why you have a desire.

That's why you have a greed.

That's why you have an anger.

That's why you enter into delusion.

You have a wrong knowledge.

It destroys your intellect and that is why you practice meditation.

So what happens?

Did I tell you the story?

Do you remember the story?

The blind knowledge is actionless.

Action is blind.

Remember this and now come to it.

Every sense organ of knowledge is always free from attachment.

Because of the wrong knowledge,

We have the eight factors.

How can you say that?

Yeah,

We must understand that.

How can you say that?

Including the mind is always detached.

How can you say that?

Okay,

Let me give you an object of attachment and hold that in your mind for five minutes.

The mind changes the thought.

Mind changes the object.

The eyes are constantly changing the object.

They cannot stick to one object.

You cannot hold on.

Can you hold on any thought for an hour?

The answer is no.

They are always free.

We made them slave because of the wrong ideas and the notions.

Because of thinking,

Because I imagine that I have a crush on you.

And hence,

You really have a crush on what happens in deep sleep.

You really have a crush.

This is how our masters teaches us live your life in freedom.

Crush means attachment,

Bond is suffering.

That's how I explain.

First you have a crush,

Then you have a dating,

Then you have a soulmate.

And after a few months,

It becomes sourmate.

See the entire process of the mind.

How can I say?

Have you ever experienced this?

No,

I will not say that.

Why should I say that?

You have to find out.

You have to find out.

The problem is other is not bad or good.

This crazy mind is causing because of these eight factors.

Because I'm looking peace and happiness outside,

But it is inside me.

So you say some people when they come to me,

I always like to prevent and hold on.

I say no divorce before you divorce.

I have to talk to you if you hire me.

I had a couple here,

They why call you because I said divorce.

You have already taken a decision.

Why should I then enter into both of you in between both of you?

Once you keep aside that and you understand everything,

Then I'm ready to take up both of you.

They did five or six sessions about three years ago.

Then they stopped.

They never thought of the divorce.

Then they sponsored my two programs.

They are paying me.

I asked them how you both are wonderful.

It is not me.

It is the very knowledge in the intellect must be implanted,

Must be installed.

That knowledge is known as the Eastern wisdom.

That is the instrument of knowledge that aims at self-discovery.

I have talked a lot.

So in this New Year's Eve,

Anything happens in your life,

Any form of anxiety,

Duality,

Conflict,

Sit down.

Keep the mind aside means keep all the thoughts aside.

See what is that knowledge,

Right knowledge that can help me drop the delusion in the mind.

If the mind says other is responsible for my suffering,

Drop this.

Rethink.

And you see,

You will see when the intellect is clear,

The mind asks the mind to follow it.

Don't create some ego sense.

You need to say sorry to get the things done,

Say sorry hundred times.

And I've seen in my life,

Even when in even in the members of my family,

When I see that they have done wrong and they ask,

Sorry from me,

I say,

Sorry,

What a big deal.

Calm down.

And knows and knows everything about me.

It is very important.

Why?

It is the delusion that creates an ego sense.

The delusion creates an ego sense.

So let us promise to yourself from the New Year's,

You don't live in the delusion with the wrong ideas.

Once the mind accepts that you can sit for a longer period,

Otherwise,

Every posture is okay.

The mind is facing within.

Check,

Be conscious,

Become aware.

Is the mind looking deep inside the heart?

In the space or emptiness or blankness or darkness?

That is just an awareness that mind is facing within.

And then the first four steps we have to prepare the mind.

It is the mind that keeps this wrong notion and ideas.

If you experience any form of anxiety,

Pain and suffering and duality in a conflict,

It is because of the mind.

So that's why we prepare.

Now we prepare the body.

Look at the neck joint.

Let us move into the three pointed awareness in being comfortable.

What?

First is look at the neck joint.

That is first.

Okay.

Now keep looking.

So when you keep looking,

Then you find sensation being comfortable and steadiness there.

Look beyond.

Look beyond what?

Sensation being comfortable and steadiness.

Where the mind lands,

It becomes aware of the space and emptiness within.

You see,

We are playing with the mind.

The mind used to play with us.

So that's another point of awareness in being comfortable.

Look at the shoulder joints.

Be there.

First point.

When you are there,

The mind says,

Okay,

I feel there is a sensation being comfortable and steadiness.

And then look beyond it.

You see that space or emptiness,

Whatever it is,

It may be emptiness,

It may be simply space,

It may be blankness.

So whatever the word mind accepts,

Just take it.

Look at the entire body from the crown of the head to the toes because meditation is moving the mind within.

So our preparatory step helps the mind to recognize what it means by moving the mind within.

Recognition is what?

Knowledge.

Where we are implanting that knowledge in the mind.

Why?

Because eight factors.

So become aware of the entire body sensation,

Being comfortable and steadiness,

But then look,

Then it becomes easy for you to look inside.

The mind continues to face within.

Then the next step is being carefree.

Understand one who perceives and other is the perceiver.

One who looks means looker,

Seer,

Knower and other is the object.

I know you when I say you are an object that is seen and I am the seer.

So when I recognize there is a thought,

So there is someone who sees that thought.

Can I see them separate?

They are definitely separate.

When I say I know you,

I am separate from you.

So when I recognize any thought,

Feeling,

Sensation,

Images entering into the mind,

I am separate from all of them.

How do I know it?

In the field of awareness,

In the field of knowledge,

In the field of consciousness.

Whatever the world you like,

You can accept it.

You are going in a very casual,

Simple way.

The simpler the practice,

The higher the meditation is.

My dear friends,

That is the beauty of the meditation.

So I have given you the examples before.

The birds flying in the sky.

Does anything happen to the sky?

Waves in an ocean.

Does anything happen to the water?

Nothing.

So water is the seer,

The sky is the seer in us.

Do you see that we are moving from the physical to the mental?

Let us see deep inside.

Deep inside,

Where?

Deep inside yourself behind the mind.

What do we find?

Simple awareness.

Space.

Maybe calmness.

So our goal is to move the mind,

Moving within,

Living within,

And moving within,

Living within,

Awakening within.

So moving within,

So we will do it with the right knowledge.

What is knowledge?

Is also awareness.

It is also consciousness.

Whatever we feel.

So look at the head and the neck.

Look at the head and the neck.

So what happens when you look at the head and the neck?

You feel it.

Head and the neck.

So there is a sensation.

And what is outside the sensation?

The space.

We are not doing anything today.

I am making the meditation practice today as simple as that.

Sometimes our mind that is crazy,

Confused,

And asking,

Can you give me very simple practice?

Come on,

You are too much confused.

How can you do the simple practice?

Well,

It is not so now.

So looking at the head and the neck and become aware of the space all around the head and the neck.

As if it is a circular space.

Is it not a fact that there is a space all around head and the neck?

Now from the space,

Move your mind to the skin of the head and the neck.

So what is natural experience?

There is a sensation.

So two things.

There is a space.

Okay.

Then there is a sensation.

And then what do you find?

Then there is a sense of stillness is there in the inside the head and the neck.

Why?

Because of the knowledge and awareness you are pursuing this path.

The mind is constantly wandering,

But the intellect leads us to that steadiness.

Again let us check.

Look at the right arm.

Just imagine,

Which is a fact,

That imagine that the right arm is present in a cylindrical space inside.

How can I recognize the right arm without the space?

So cylindrical space first and move your mind from the space to the skin of the right arm,

From the shoulder to the fingertips.

You have a deepening of sensation.

And inside that sensation,

The stillness,

Stillness,

It's a natural stillness,

My friends.

One thing you should be very clear.

It is the stillness in the right arm.

It is not the stillness of the right arm.

We experience that and that stillness comes from our real nature.

I will delve deeply into that real nature later.

So look at the left arm.

The mind is on the left arm,

The space all around the left arm,

The space all around the left arm.

Then I'm asking your mind should move from the space to the skin of the left arm,

From the shoulder to the fingertips.

And check sensation deepens.

That is your success.

And in that deepening of the sensation inside,

You naturally experience the stillness.

You need not to force the left arm to be still because then the mind has taken over the intellect.

Nothing will happen.

But if you maintain awareness,

You will see the change here and now.

Then the chest and the belly and the spine,

The middle portion,

Become aware of the space all around the middle portion of the body.

Like a rectangular space is covering the middle portion of the body.

Now from that space,

Move your mind within from that rectangular space to touch the skin of the entire middle portion of the body.

And you will see the sensation deepens and that deepening of the sensation,

In that sensation,

You find there is a stillness.

We'll understand from where the sensation comes and from where the stillness comes in detail.

Very good.

Now look at the right arm,

Right leg.

Look at the right leg from the cylindrical space again,

Covering the right leg.

Then move the mind from the space to the skin of the right leg,

As if the mind is touching every cell,

Simply touching.

And that touch gives rise to deepening of the sensation.

And inside this sensation,

We experience the stillness.

Left leg,

Cylindrical space.

You know,

When we are into our physical home,

We are aware the shape of the space means what the borders.

So here it is the left leg and the cylindrical space and the mind moves from the space to the skin of the left arm,

Left leg.

We feel the sensation,

We experience the stillness.

Every experience stillness in the left leg,

Not stated,

It is the stillness of.

If it is the stillness of,

Then the mind will be active.

We're asking the mind,

Follow us.

Don't do what you have been doing for so long.

Become aware of the entire body.

All around there is a space.

Is it not a fact?

I'm not saying anything that you imagine,

Have fancy in meditation.

They don't work.

They work for some time.

And otherwise,

They don't lead us to the reality.

It has its role.

So cylindrical space in which the body is there and from the space you move your mind from the space to the skin of the body,

From the crown of the head to the toes.

And as you move,

You will experience the sensation and the stillness.

One point,

One more point of understanding.

Once you move the mind consciously inside,

Relaxation is the outcome.

But it is a byproduct of meditation.

It means we have to continue move the mind within to help the mind to live within.

So now the next step to help the mind to move within and also live within.

Look at the head and the neck again and recall previous experience of space,

Sensation,

Stillness.

Then let the mind look inside the head and the neck and be there.

Explore.

Is there any sensation that you experience inside the head and the neck?

Maybe some movement.

That is sensation and the space or the darkness.

So the sensation that we experience inside the head and the neck at this moment is nothing but the calmness.

And the space inside is quietness.

So apply the knowledge again.

First we have sensation outside.

Then comes stillness.

It remains outside at the physical level.

But when we experience calmness,

It directly hits the mind.

And when we experience quietness,

Understand what is calmness and quietness clearly before we go for practice.

This is where you will see the thoughts,

Good thought,

Bad thought,

Disturbing thought,

But you are able to maintain the calmness.

Quietness is what these thoughts and experiences in the mind are too far from you.

You will feel that,

Oh,

It's too far.

Right arm,

First outside,

Space,

Sensation,

Stillness,

Then look inside the right arm,

Be there,

Explore.

Space is already there in the sensation.

That is the movement of the mind in calmness and quietness.

This approach,

Today's approach is totally different from what we have done last week.

So now look at the left arm.

Let us begin with outside factually.

Space,

Sensation,

Stillness,

Then ask the mind to see and look within inside the left arm,

Be there,

Be there,

Be present there and explore the sensation and the space.

Inside sensation,

The space is nothing but the calmness and quietness.

We are not doing anything.

I told you before when the storm is outside,

What you do,

Don't worry about any experience at this moment.

You may have a variety of experiences of freezing,

Tingling,

Numbness,

Vision,

Colors.

Let them come,

Recognize them,

Accept them and let them come and go middle portion of the body.

So we start the journey from outside.

We are 100% clear.

Space,

Sensation,

Stillness,

Look inside the heart,

Be there,

Calmness and quietness.

When there is a storm outside,

You rush inside the home,

Close the door and you sit in your living room and then you don't say,

Oh,

Where is calmness?

It is already there.

That is what happens when the mind moves within and it lays within.

When the mind lays within it all leaves all the eight factors.

By repeat practice,

The mind changes.

Right leg outside,

Space,

Sensation,

Stillness,

Look inside,

Be there,

Calmness and quietness.

So either I say calmness or quietness or I simply say inside the right leg,

Become aware of the sensation.

So normally few weeks I go and ask you to explore,

Just feel the sensation and the space inside also and then I'd say that it is calmness and quietness.

We have jumped.

Look at the left leg outside.

Your mind reminds outside is space,

Sensation,

Stillness.

You know what happens?

The mind then doesn't jump outside.

It doesn't start running to the objects and the things and the thoughts.

Prevention is there and then look inside.

Calmness and quietness.

Calmness and quietness.

Now let us go a little deeper,

Check the mind living within.

So we have to sustain if the mind continues to living within.

That is why we do the breath awareness.

Not simply no focus on the,

We need not to focus on the breath.

The mind is living within,

From within you are looking at the breath.

What does it mean?

Knowledge,

Right knowledge should be there.

What does it mean by looking at breath?

You feel.

What do you feel?

You feel the sensation of the breath.

First point of awareness.

What is that?

The breath you feel,

Breath is moving in and out,

Moving in and out.

That is the second point.

You feel the breath.

First point,

Your first knowledge is that breath is moving in and out.

Second point is you feel the breath.

And what is the third point?

That is where the mind makes us crazy.

The mind says okay if you are feeling the breath,

If your breath is going in and out,

Let me change it.

So what we say the third point?

Do not change the rate and the rhythm of the breath.

We are not doing anything.

Simple,

We are not doing anything.

We are simply looking at the breath.

So when I look at the breath,

When I look at you,

I know you,

So I will tell your name.

Same thing,

Breath is moving in and out.

I feel it,

You are there,

That feeling is nothing but conscious experience.

At the same time,

While looking at you,

Am I doing anything to you now?

No change in the rate and the rhythm of the breath.

I told you before,

Simpler the practice,

Higher it is.

But our mind is not ready for higher practice every time.

So that is why I see the group,

I pick up the principle,

I explain it,

And we go step by step.

Now you will find out that as you are aware of the breath that is going in and out,

We are separating through the knowledge.

So what is the knowledge number one,

Breath is moving in and out.

So when the breath is moving in and out and you know it continuously,

You also feel the sensation.

So what will happen?

The mind will not go to the body.

If the mind doesn't go to the body,

What will happen to the body?

The body will continue to maintain stillness.

What happens if it maintains the stillness?

The mind withdraws from the body.

Then what happens?

You may experience intense sensation,

Tingling,

Numbness,

Vision,

Colors.

And what is the point again?

To prevent the mind to take over,

You no change in the rate and the rhythm of the breath.

It is as simple as that.

Now see,

Because the mind does not agree for a longer period in this,

So we can introduce,

Depending on the level,

We can introduce mantra,

We can introduce counting of the breath,

We can introduce the change in the rate and the rhythm of the breath.

You might be feeling,

Oh,

They are great.

No,

They are lower practices.

But we have to follow nothing lower,

Not in a sense,

The mind is not able to keep its awareness on the three points.

So we say,

When the breath goes in,

You feel it without changing,

Drop,

Om shanti on the breath.

Breath comes out,

Drop om shanti on the breath.

Both have the equal effect.

Now you have four point of awareness.

Breath is going in and out,

You know it,

You feel the sensation of the breath inside the nose,

You know it.

There is no change in the rate and the rhythm of the breath,

You know it.

Fourth point,

The moment the breath goes in and you know,

You drop om shanti on that smaller breath.

The breath returns om shanti.

You want to go ahead.

So another main is so pick up the meaning of om shanti.

Om is our true nature.

And shanti means peace.

True nature,

Peace.

So when you're saying om shanti,

It is true nature where it is deep inside shanti everywhere.

See that that is how we design these practices.

Do nothing now.

Remain as it is.

And see the mind continues to live within.

We have picked up this Yog Sutra.

Yog Sutra is like I studied organic chemistry in my undergraduation.

So formulas,

In chemistry we talk about formulas.

In the same thing the Yog Sutra,

Sutra means formulas.

So if you don't know chemistry you cannot explain what is H2SO4.

It is sulfuric acid,

H2O,

That's very common water.

So we add COOH it becomes an acid in organic chemistry.

So every Sutra here is a compressed file,

Compressed folder not a file.

So when we unzip it we find many files.

So that is what is all about these sutras.

And the goal is the fourth Sutra.

You practice 1000 postures and you cannot discover your real nature.

The goal of yoga is or meditation is Tada Drishtu Swarupa Avasthana,

The fourth Sutra.

Fourth Sutra,

No third Sutra or fourth Sutra,

Third Sutra.

What it says,

The yoga results into discovery of our real nature.

And then what is this real nature?

Tat,

Ritambhara,

Tatra Pragya,

It will come in this Sutra.

That never changing,

All pervading reality,

Full of permanent peace and happiness,

Love and wisdom.

When I do not live into that real nature,

The mind makes me crazy.

Then blame,

Complain,

Reaction,

Anxiety,

Duality,

Conflict,

Game.

That is what I explained to you today,

The eight factors.

By the way,

You all did almost 10 minutes more practice today than usual.

So sometime I trek in order to help you guys.

So we have to follow,

You know,

You didn't do any breathing practice.

You know,

Normally we feel,

Oh,

If I do the breathing,

Brain will refresh.

No.

You see,

John,

That needs to be understood.

So I should not be addicted and habitual to any active step.

Otherwise it becomes a cult in dogma.

But we use them as a device,

As a tool.

That needs to be clearly understood.

Last thing my master used to say,

My masters used to say,

Have you understood Yoga Sutra?

I have understood.

Go there and burn it.

Now the knowledge is within you.

That is the nature of the journey in the eastern West.

You don't keep that book and start worshipping,

Everything is there.

Every master,

Even 5000 years ago,

Those masters say,

If you got the knowledge,

Yes,

Throw the book away.

That is that much,

You know,

You say,

What do you say that that much clarity is there,

That we should not bind ourselves with anything.

And then you experience that state.

That is what the meditation is.
