On it,

You see that?

Just think of it,

Think,

Think.

So when you wake up in the morning now,

You are looking for something in you that is beyond time,

Space and causation and objects.

So it means one day after a few weeks,

The mind will say,

Oh,

I should have a desire to seek real self.

You see that?

Because when we think of some object,

Something again and again,

That desire pops up in the mind.

So it just came to my mind,

One of the oldest texts,

Oldest text is Yogasishta.

It has 40,

000 verses,

But many masters have compressed it into 6,

000,

Then 2,

000,

Then 1,

000.

So in that one verse says that,

Do you have right desire in your mind?

You know,

Someone shared his or her experiences,

So that came to my mind.

You see how it works,

How your mind works.

It just came to my mind.

Do you have a right desire?

Or you wake up in the morning,

Bad morning.

I still remember what honey told me yesterday.

I had a lot of challenges.

What should I do?

Tell me who does not have challenges in the life.

Tell me.

Tell me,

Who does not have challenges?

Who is living in a perfectly healthier state since birth?

Tell me,

Who is that guy?

Tell me,

Is there anyone among you?

So you see that teaching master says,

Waking state,

Dream state,

Sleep state will continue,

Will continue as it is,

The life will continue if it will struggle some pleasures,

Some pain.

What we are looking for within ourselves,

A state that real nature that transcends everything.

And when the mind lays into that,

You are there.

There are something around,

I don't exactly know,

I don't know,

I don't know,

I don't know,

I don't know,

I don't know,

I don't know.

Around,

I don't exactly remember,

But something if I'm not mistaken,

There are 40,

000 verses on preparation,

Purifying the mind.

That includes yama,

Niyama,

Asana,

Rana yama,

Mantra,

You know,

40,

000 verses.

Goal is to purify the mind.

Then you have 20,

000 verses on to gain a natural focus of the mind.

If you add all the texts of yoga and you have only 3000 verses,

That tells you only the knowledge aspect.

Here is the right knowledge.

That can change your life.

And we are possessed and carried away by 40,

000 verses.

Doing this asana,

That asana.

Now you see,

Oh,

Which one is the strongest mantra?

You are the weakest and you want the strongest mantra.

See that,

You know,

I'm just giving a,

Now we all are becoming seekers,

So it's better to talk a little deeper.

Do you see that?

You see the comparison.

So outer glitters too much.

We don't want to know.

We don't want to listen.

Why?

No,

I can do a lot of practices and I want to remain the same as I was five years ago.

Do you see?

How long you have been practicing yoga?

20 years.

Is there any change?

No,

Change has yet to come.

See,

See,

I'm just telling you the seeker point of view.

It does not mean that I don't respect practice of asana.

I respect everything,

But where we are.

My friend,

When I used to,

No,

Don't talk too much,

Give practice.

But when you don't have clear understanding,

What practice you will do.

How the practice will impact you.

So only 3000 verses.

See that?

20,

000 verses to gain focus of the mind.

Now you have a focus of the mind.

You know what is the purification of the mind.

You are a seeker.

You are ready.

You succeed.

That is the journey of the entire Eastern wisdom.

You cannot be,

We cannot become a seeker in the beginning.

So we were talking about what we were talking about obstacles in the journey.

That's very important.

What are these obstacles?

Now I've been listening to you for so many years.

There is no change.

There are people,

My friends in India,

They leave and they come back.

Question is not you are listening to me.

How much you are digesting?

How much you are absorbing?

See,

See the difference between becoming a seeker and.

.

.

So the first obstacle is pertaining to the body.

I sit in meditation,

Itching,

Visiting,

Constant movement of the body,

Pain,

Mind rejects.

No,

I don't want to sit for so long.

Sometimes people say,

Oh,

Can you reduce the practice for 10 minutes?

I can only sit for 10 minutes.

Oh,

It means yes.

Meditation should follow you and your tantrums.

Then you are not a seeker.

First mind,

You see that?

Understand that clearly.

So when we are a seeker,

We delve deeper into these challenges.

Many people complain that they are not able to sit in meditation for a longer period.

Do it,

Practice with lying down.

No,

Even lying down causes a lot of problems.

I can sleep for 10 hours.

See.

So just ask yourself where these challenges in the body is coming.

Understand it clearly and think of it.

You know,

I'm talking from 3000 verses.

Do you remember now?

What it means?

Not from 20,

000 and 40,

000 verses.

So from where these problems are coming.

First point,

That the way we think,

Feel,

Speak during the day,

It enters,

Its impression enters into the body unorganized.

I'm giving you a new perspective to think.

I'm in hurry,

Let us sit,

Let us sit,

You know,

Close your eyes.

And when I close your eyes in a hurry,

My eyes are squeezed.

Mind is paying too much attention to the eyes now.

And then visiting starts.

So what I said,

First point,

The mind when it enters into the body unorganized into every cell.

So what will happen during the practice of meditation?

It is going to disturb you.

That is why I played the trick I told you before.

Let us meet at 7.

50 AM.

Are you set?

10 minutes before.

Second point is that the body and the mind are deeply connected.

We already know psychosomatic.

So understand the very process of psychosomatic.

I'm in a hurry where that point of hurry lives,

It lives in the mind.

It travels through the prana into the body,

Returns into the mind.

That is what is known as psychosomatic.

Science confirms,

What science confirms?

Science confirms that 90% of our illnesses are stress induced.

They claim,

They say.

So let us agree with that.

That's the right knowledge.

Now,

What is the solution?

Allow the mind to enter into the body organized.

How it is possible?

Raising the self aware,

Raising the awareness of the body.

How to raise your awareness of the body?

See that.

That is what our masters are speaking.

Don't worry if you cannot sit in any asana,

No worries at all.

You can practice while lying down,

You can practice while sitting.

I remember something very good.

Buddha.

You know,

We Americans say Buddha.

Now I cannot speak the way you guys speak.

Buddha means old.

So actual pronunciation is Buddha.

Buddha practiced meditation for six months while lying down on the right side.

Six months on the left side,

Six months sitting and six months standing.

How?

So what is the main point of removing the obstacles from the body to infuse consciousness in the body?

Whatever I have spoken until now,

Means that to get rid of these obstacles in the body,

You infuse consciousness in the body.

Means into every cell of the body.

Means raise your awareness of the body.

Means how to raise your awareness.

What is yoga nidra?

So one practice is yoga nidra.

You might have heard a lot about yoga nidra.

You might be giving the practice.

So when those masters used to live in the Himalayas,

Then they had to go to the forest to cut the logs of the wood.

To get the vegetables and the fruits from those forest.

They had to work hard,

Much harder than what we are doing.

So they used to get tired.

And then they used the practice of yoga nidra and the nyasa that I have been giving you.

One modified version of nyasa,

In which you breathe and you move the mind inside the body.

Now you know that how I gave you these personalized practices.

That is one way.

Yes,

Practicing of the some stretching.

Stretching does not mean that you have to stretch before the practice of meditation.

You can do any time,

But with awareness.

Infuse the consciousness.

Now see what our master says,

Pertaining to the worry.

When there is a disequilibrium in seven humors,

According to Ayurveda,

Then it also causes a lot of disturbances.

Those who are aware of Ayurveda,

They say that if you have disequilibrium between three dosha's.

Three dosha,

Vat pitkaf,

You have problem with the digestive fire.

Assimilation,

My master used to say,

Is this part okay?

To learn meditation,

This is the first.

Second is you're here.

The heart is the seat of the desire.

When you sit for meditation,

Do you have only one desire?

Right desire.

Third is your belly.

Is the belly right?

Dization.

So we have to take care of this because that will help you to infuse consciousness.

Change your diet.

So changing your diet means what?

That is what yoga says at the preparatory step.

What kind of a diet we should eat?

Not to disturb my digestion.

That digestion will disturb your meditation and disturb your sleep,

Disturb the whole day.

So you have seen all these,

If you see the great masters,

The concept of disease according to Ayurveda at the physical level.

So they use the word,

Biyadhi.

So Biyadhi is what Patanjali is using.

So what the master is saying,

In Ayurveda and also in yoga,

All diseases are rooted in the mind before it enters into the body.

So it means what?

If I prevent the mind entering unorganized into the body,

Into every cell of the body,

The body will support me in meditation.

Body will support me in meditation.

But then there are some illnesses which you can see inherited coming from there.

What we should do?

Just focus on how to infuse the consciousness in the physical body.

Whatever the problem you have,

See that Terry has very unusual lot of challenges,

But look at her mind the way she shares her experiences.

Last time,

Do you remember?

My mind was perfectly okay,

I was in peace,

But the body was creating a problem.

So what is the best way to do it?

Mind must settle clearly that I am not the body.

See that,

I am not the body,

I am the real self.

Let the mind repeat,

I am the real self,

During the day,

During the day.

And when that happens,

Not only you are a seeker,

Remember again,

40,

000 verses,

No 20,

000 or 40,

000,

20,

000 and 3000.

We have only 3000 verses on the knowledge aspect.

Why the knowledge aspect is not given in the beginning,

You are not ready,

You are not a seeker,

You are not a seeker.

I have a lot of students in India,

So there were students,

They said,

We are ready to take care of everything.

We will arrange you for the seminar,

And they used to do it,

But when it comes to the listening,

They used to skip what you were doing.

No,

I was just cooking the food for the people.

So I know where you are.

Now I had to arrange those things,

I said,

Yes.

So to have a successful seminar and workshop,

There should be some people who are not ready to listen to you.

Let them do their work.

Do you see that?

Body sensitization,

Sri Aurobindo,

The great master,

Says you sensitize the body through infusing the consciousness.

There is another thing that worked very well in my life.

So in those days,

I used to just get five minutes every three or four hours,

Whenever I remember,

I just let me close my eyes,

Become aware of the body.

I constantly moved a conscious mind from the top of the head to every cell of the body,

Reaching to the toes again and again,

Until I experienced the deepening of the sensations in every part of the body.

And sometime,

Sometime I used to experience,

The body used to freeze down even in five minutes.

That is another way to do the yoga nidra.

Don't go into too much of information that is present in the Google,

That will not work.

So the more and more you do it,

What is going to happen?

The mind that is unorganized in the body will be organized.

Organized,

Will be organized.

There are almost thousands of ways to settle the body.

Another way,

Before you practice meditation and you join the session or whenever you want to practice,

Visualize the Buddha,

Visualize,

Enjoy the statue of the Buddha,

The idol of the Buddha sitting there,

And then bring your body into that idol.

That is another way.

Just visualize,

Think of it.

Or your teacher or your master.

So in that way,

But it does not mean that you should not take care of the proper food,

Proper stretching of the body.

Even,

I don't want to go into that,

But there are 20 types of bathing,

Taking bath.

20 times?

Yes.

There is a bathing through the mantra,

There's a bathing through the water like this.

So they also help you to settle the body so that the mind can go inside.

So don't start thinking,

You know,

Ah,

Now my body is so stiff,

I cannot do the practice.

And I told you that guy in New Jersey who told me,

No,

I cannot,

I don't,

Don't guide me any posture or any breathing practice,

I just want to practice meditation.

You see the intensity?

If you have that right desire with the intense,

I can allow,

So you have a strong determination and sincerity and a commitment in the mind,

The body will take care of itself,

Nobody.

And this guy,

First I said,

So you cannot sit properly and even you cannot practice,

Why don't you do it while lying down?

So he said,

Can I do the practice while lying down?

And his wife is a Kundalini yoga teacher.

You see that we have a wrong notion,

No,

You have to sit,

Keep your spine headed up,

That we will talk later.

So after six or seven months,

He said,

Now I can sit.

You will be surprised that he did not practice asyasana and after one year,

He started sitting in arthapadmasana.

You say sukhasana?

So that is a very subtle journey.

What is that subtle journey?

If you practice meditation regularly without fail,

The body gets plasticity.

Sri Aurobindo uses the word,

I like this,

Plasticity.

The body becomes very soft.

You need not to think of,

I am not elastic.

The meditation helps you to become elastic,

Make the body elastic.

That is a higher journey.

The body becomes very soft and plastic because of meditation.

Now this mind is not entering into any unorganized fashion in the body because you are succeeding in meditation.

So not only it is helping in you bringing the equilibrium in the body,

But also prevents any kind of obstacle caused by the body.

So that is what is the first obstacle you can tackle.

And then we will,

So to summarize,

Infusing consciousness,

Relaxation,

Yoga nidra,

Nyasa,

And other stuff that you know.

Practice of asanas,

Pranayama,

Dietary regulations that you impose.

The mind is not running for pleasure seeking,

Mind is running for balancing these actions of the body.

And once it is done,

You are always ready for meditation.

So let us start our journey of meditation.

Eyes are closed.

Eyes are closed and body is comfortable.

Eyes are closed,

Body is comfortable.

How you see that body is comfortable?

You are looking at it mentally.

So how the mind is looking through its awareness?

You see that?

Are you infusing the consciousness?

This is one way.

And you have always seen,

I always say be comfortable.

What is that?

It pertains to the body.

So looking at the shoulder joint,

Being there,

Feeling,

What do you feel?

You feel the sensation.

You see that?

Now you can find out.

Sensation,

Being comfortable,

And steadiness.

So you are infusing the consciousness,

A sensation,

Yes,

Being comfortable,

Yes.

Steadiness,

Yes,

And the mind keeps facing within.

You're not in a hurry for doing anything,

My friends.

So,

So looking at the shoulder joints,

Being there,

The joints,

Being there,

Feel the sensation,

Being comfortable,

And steadiness.

Hip joint,

I leave all the joints.

I do not cover all the joints with the body.

Why?

Now understand,

One day what will happen?

You pick up one joint and you start experiencing the sensation in all the joints.

It's not magic.

Nothing is mystical.

That is how the mind works.

And now being aware of all the joints of the body,

One after the other,

Being there,

Experience sensation,

Comfortable and steadiness,

Then looking inside into the space.

What to check?

Check if the mind is enjoying living within.

It is not returning habitually to any part of the body.

If it is returning,

The mind is unorganized at that part of the body.

Will it happen in one day?

No,

You continue,

Continue,

Continue,

Continue.

And one day you will see,

Okay,

Body is my perfect instrument.

So when I say being carefree,

Being comfortable,

We take care,

Physical body.

Being carefree,

We take care of the mind.

Being casual,

The mind has a glimpse of that real self.

So what is being carefree?

Whatever is coming to the mind,

It takes time.

Whatever comes to the mind,

The thoughts,

Feeling,

Images,

Idols,

Past,

Present,

Future,

You separate from it.

How?

Some people like it when I say standing across the road,

Watching the traffic.

That is one way.

What is the traffic?

All your thoughts,

Feeling and experiences happening at this moment and who is standing across?

You,

Behind the mind.

You are aware.

Knower,

Seer,

Observer.

Or other people,

Mind get absorbed when I say the birds are flying in the sky and you are.

So what happens?

They are flying,

Going away from you.

All the birds disappear.

All the thoughts and feeling disappear.

What remains?

The space.

So when you are aware of the space,

You are an observer.

Or the third,

Third simile,

That there are waves on the surface of an ocean.

If you go deep inside,

The water is calm.

The same water,

Same mind.

Another way,

All the three similes helps you to understand what it means by being carefree.

Now see,

Now you will understand what it means by infusing the consciousness.

Look at the head and the neck.

Be there.

Feel.

What do you feel?

Sensation,

Relaxation and stillness.

You see,

I have chosen the words carefully.

Sensation deepens.

Where in the head and the neck?

Why it deepens?

Because the mind is moving all around.

Now you are raising awareness.

See that?

Sensation,

Relaxation and the stillness in the body.

Pay attention.

I know one sharing the experiences one time there,

David said it's a stillness in the body,

Not it is stillness of the body.

You're not forcing the body to be still,

You are earning stillness.

Only that will remove all the obstacles of the body.

That is infusing the consciousness.

Right arm,

Be there.

Sensation,

Relaxation,

Stillness.

Left arm.

Right arm.

So the mind moves on the entire left arm from the shoulder to the fingertips or from the fingertips to the shoulder.

You experience sensation,

Relaxation and stillness.

Chest in the belly.

Left arm.

Sensation,

Relaxation and stillness.

Right leg.

Sensation,

Relaxation and stillness.

Left leg.

Sensation,

Relaxation and stillness.

You see,

I'm giving an instruction to you and at the same time I'm also aware of my own body.

And that instruction appeals to the body.

It says yes,

You are free from any obstacle from the body.

Stacle from the body.

The entire body.

Entire body from the top of the head to the toes.

And that is your experience sensation,

Relaxation and stillness.

And at that moment,

You look inside the forehead,

Pick up a point in the forehead in the space and mentally start hammering mantra.

Om,

Om,

Om,

Om,

Om,

Quick,

Fast and loud.

Do not allow any thought to enter in between.

Om.

See what happens.

Mentally,

So when you are doing it mentally there is no movement of the lips.

You see,

What is the difference?

You have already infused the consciousness in the body.

The body has need not to work anything.

So as a seeker you realize the mind has started working on the mind itself and that goes a long way.

Mind goes very deep inside.

Continue my friends.

Hammering continues deep inside the forehead.

Om,

Om,

Om,

Om,

Quick,

Fast and loud.

And now stop this.

We will go for a long mantra,

Everything has to be done mentally.

And the mind goes deeper in sight with reciting,

Meaning,

Knowledge.

The first line is,

Sarvesham Swasthir Bhavatu,

May there be well-being in all.

You are mentally singing with me,

Looking deep inside the forehead,

Which is the center of the wisdom.

Sarvesham Swasthir Bhavatu,

Sarvesham Swasthir Bhavatu.

You are seeing it,

Reciting it,

Meaning,

Well-being,

And you are looking deep inside the forehead into the infinite space where the knowledge reveals.

Sarvesham Swasthir Bhavatu,

Sarvesham Swasthir Bhavatu.

Sarvesham Swasthir Bhavatu,

Sarvesham Swasthir Bhavatu.

What is the essence of it?

That state of the well-being is present in the real self 24 by 7 all the time.

So when the mind taps that,

It returns in my thought,

In my speech,

In my action,

In my body,

In my mind.

Sarvesham Swasthir Bhavatu,

Sarvesham Swasthir Bhavatu.

Second line,

Sarvesham Shanti Bhavatu.

Shanti means peace,

May there be peace in all.

Sarvesham Shanti Bhavatu,

Sarvesham Shanti Bhavatu.

Sarvesham shantir bhavattu,

Sarvesham shantir bhavattu,

Sarvesham shantir bhavattu.

Your mind picks up the entire mantra so easily when it is living within.

And if it is living outside,

Then mind says,

Oh,

What the hell he is speaking.

Let me pick up it again.

Sarvesham shantir bhavattu,

Sarvesham shantir bhavattu,

Sarvesham shantir bhavattu,

Sarvesham shantir bhavattu.

As if you are,

Your mind is overwhelmed by the peace.

Have you heard this sentence before?

And I can make out from your face expression.

Third mantra is,

Sarvesham puranam bhavattu,

Puranam,

Completeness.

It is a special mantra,

Completeness,

Wholeness.

People misunderstand,

Completeness means mind is not seeking anything outside.

It is deeper within.

Sarvesham puranam bhavattu,

Sarvesham puranam bhavattu,

Sarvesham puranam bhavattu,

Sarvesham puranam bhavattu,

Sarvesham puranam bhavattu,

Sarvesham puranam bhavattu,

Sarvesham Pooranam Bhavatu May there be completeness in all.

Sarvesham Pooranam Bhavatu Sarvesham Pooranam Bhavatu Then,

Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu.

Mangalam,

Auspiciousness.

What is that auspiciousness?

Can you find the auspiciousness in time?

No.

At a particular location?

No.

But behind the time,

Behind the location,

That auspiciousness merges the well-being,

Peace and completeness.

So,

Mind is constantly looking inside.

Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu And now the last one comes,

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.

If you do it with the knowledge and the wisdom,

It works.

Today only.

And from today it will work all the time.

And if you don't work with the knowledge,

Then who knows when we will succeed.

So what is that knowledge?

When you say,

Om mentally,

Let the mind go deep inside your heart in the space,

As deep as possible.

First Shanti,

In the intellect that knows,

I know that I am in ignorance.

That is why I am not able to realize and awaken to the real nature.

Simply knowing that part is enough.

Second Shanti to the mind,

You may have a couple of thoughts and other stuff,

Shanti to that.

Third Shanti to the body in the world.

Body in the world outside.

I will chant loudly a couple of times and then you have to do it mentally,

Moving the mind from inside to outside.

Om.

We understood Om is a designator of the real self.

Shanti.

Shanti.

Shanti.

Like this.

Start doing that.

Om.

My Guru used to do this,

Om.

Very simple,

Very gentle,

Very soft.

Remember you are doing Om for yourself,

You are calling.

Come on real self,

You are my Om.

Shanti,

I know that I do not know the real self.

Second Shanti to the mind,

Third to the body in the world.

Om.

What a beautiful session.

Continue.

Om.

Shanti.

Om.

Doing nothing,

Remain as you are.

Doing nothing,

Live into that state.

Allow the knowledge to reveal.

Om.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Om.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Om.

Shanti.

Shanti,

Shanti.

Bring your awareness on the right hand,

Your awareness on the left hand.

Raise both your hands,

Place it on your eyes,

Open the eyes inside.

Know your experiences,

Bring the hands down.

Everyone was so still.

Perhaps it's the knowledge part affected.

How are you Terry?

Terry was so still.

Now you have to unmute first.

Ask your maid to unmute.

In the meantime,

How are you Kate?

Okay.

How are you Christina?

I'm sorry I didn't click the wrong button.

Oh,

It will go.

Okay,

Okay,

Kate,

Kate.

Yeah,

Christina,

Go ahead.

Okay.

Sorry,

I'm kind of really hyper.

My heart is handling like wonderful things,

And it's like,

I used to feel this when I used to have anxiety,

But now it's beautiful.

So I'm really in a great mindset right now.

Once you told us to,

You just went to the right arm,

To the left arm,

Then once you went to the legs,

I really focused on what you said today in the left hand,

Of really just filling your mind.

You're not our body.

And so it was like right when I went to the legs,

It was like boom,

Gone,

Boom,

Gone.

It felt like I was almost standing and then all of a sudden we were done.

It was the fastest.

Fastest.

Yes,

That is one way to experience how you infuse the consciousness in the body.

Beautiful.

So how are you Terry?

I'm very happy that I had four times a shot of yellow.

A couple of times a group of friends shot that had nothing to do with me.

Yeah,

Yeah,

I could see you were totally still today.

We don't hear you clearly,

But message is more clear.

Yes,

We will talk.

How are you,

David and Jerry?

Yeah,

Very,

Very simple,

Very quiet,

Very peaceful,

Nothing monumental.

But very calm,

Peaceful,

Quiet.

Very.

Yes,

That's beautiful.

That is what we,

That is how we continue the journey.

How are you,

Jerry?

Sir,

It was similar,

So deep,

Quiet,

It definitely progressed deeper and quite a bit taller.

That's beautiful.

And just still.

But I could see the body was so quiet and still.

That's beautiful.

How are you,

Stephen and Sam?

I'm really good.

The meditation was treatment for it.

It was no blue,

So ever outside,

Not really in the heart.

It was very difficult from meditation.

We don't hear you clearly today.

What is happening?

This is our problem.

Yeah,

We don't hear clearly.

It's going for everybody.

Somebody not on you?

So yes,

Can you say it again?

I said it was a very quiet dogation.

I had no activity at all,

No bluttering in the heart.

And it was very difficult to come back.

Difficult to come back.

That's beautiful.

You see,

Yes,

You see that if I say roughly,

It is not to make you understand,

Relaxation.

No,

Stillness,

Relaxation,

Calmness,

Quietness,

Silence,

Peace.

You live into that and the knowledge of the real self reveals.

So sometimes people feel that,

Oh,

I'm so quiet and peaceful.

David said nothing monumental.

It is monumental because you're living into that state.

You see that?

You have to recognize that one more.

How are you,

Sam?

I'm really good.

I'd say the first part of the meditation,

I felt very heavy,

Almost like a tree gaining root,

A little disoriented.

And then when you started doing the Om Jahn by yourself silently,

I felt this beautiful energy in my head and I felt like I was floating.

I had water in the heart when we got out and I started hearing some nice noises of birds and animals.

Very peaceful.

Very peaceful.

That's really good.

Wonderful.

How are you,

Kate?

I hit the wrong button.

Oh,

You hit the wrong button.

That happens.

I didn't want to be part of the reason.

The body very much felt I was in a very heavy state.

Very heavy.

No,

I am the body,

But that's sort of a.

.

.

That's a really good experience.

So how are you,

Lara?

Something may be happening to my internet connection.

I could see that,

Yes.

Okay.

So how are you,

Lara?

You are your network connection is lost.

How are you lost your network trying to reconnect?

Okay.

Okay.
